We owned a Bosch dishwasher in the past and it was nice, so when we needed to replace our dishwasher in another home we turned to Bosch again. WHAT A MISTAKE. After MULTIPLE alarms (E00, E34) and not finishing the wash cycle, beeping in the middle of the night and having to reset the machine, we called the warranty and they sent a tech to evaluate the problem. The first solution was the water supply valve needed to be opened more. This was not the solution and we continued having to reset the machine for the same error codes. The second trip was because the internal water valve malfunctioned, wouldn't stop the water from running in the dishwasher and leaked water on the kitchen floor causing water damage to the adjacent cabinet. The solution was to replace a valve in the dishwasher so one week later (can't use the dishwasher) we have a new water valve in the dishwasher, that didn't fix it because not it trips the circuit breaker. Now they are replacing the main board and we hope that fixes it (still can't use the dishwasher). This isn't go out to the truck and get the valve, this is I have to order the valve and will be back next week. Then it's, hmmm, must be the main board and we'll order it and be back in another week. After spending $1300 you expect a quality product that will run flawlessly for years and this IS NOT. We can't get this dishwasher to run a month without some error code disrupting the wash cycle. We are completely disappointed with this purchase and feel like we have a problem machine that will need repairs in the future. Based on our experience we can't recommend purchasing. NOTE: When it does run, it's quiet and works nicely but the problem is it doesn't run consistently.

I've only had the unit for a little over a month so far, but it's been working great. The only issue I've had so far is that it doesn't dry as effectively as I would like it to.

I cannot express my gratitude towards the customer service of best buy. I have had purchased electronics through a big box store before and has horrible experience. Best buy not only was timely but every time I spoke with someone they were mild mannered and did their best to help. Definitely will buy from them from now on. And I like the dishwasher too!

Works great ! Better than the model I had purchased 10 years ago by the same brand so we’ re happy with this dishwasher. The only thing that I wish it had like my previous dishwasher is a half cycle option. This does not have that feature unfortunately.
