I have always owned Bosch Dishwashers and am extremely disappointed with this machine. I have had two installed and they both stay wet inside. I was told they would send a repair technician out which I am still waiting for.

We’ve gotten an e33 code repeatedly. Second time a tech has to come out from Bosch. Ridiculous

This dishwasher is useless. If you want to spread food particles all over your dishes, this is the dishwasher for you. You could also just manually scrub dishes and save yourself half an hour. This appliance does not remove any food, dirt, filth, anything - it just spreads that out over the glassware. It doesn't matter if you clean the bottom trap, the filter, the edges, anything else - the food particles WILL get sprayed back onto your dishes and there's nothing you can do about it.

Upgrading from a very old and noisy GE unit, this was a shock. I ordered for delivery. BB delivered 30 mins before the scheduled window. But I was home, so it worked out. Delivery guys brought it into the kitchen with care and ease, and left without a fuss. I installed it myself. Having all the existing hook-ups, I just needed to purchase the 3/4 elbow connector separately. Otherwise you'll need the full kit (no need for power cord as it came with one). Installation was painless, a matter of plug and play, and adjusting the legs. Installed the HomeConnect app to register and set up the appliance and I was good to go. The cycles are pretty long though (2.5-3.5 hours with CrystalDry/Sanitize). So I guess plan your cleaning accordingly. Once I hit Start, and shut the door, I couldn't figure out if it was running or not. But sure enough, the red Infolight was there to let me know. It's as quiet as the dialogue in a Christopher Nolan movie. You really have to try to hear it. I'm working in the dining room and I really can't hear anything. Amazing. And it cleaned really well too. Even the crusty Instant Pot looked spotless after a cycle. And if you're like I was, wondering what the differences between this model and last model are. There aren't many, besides cosmetics. This latest 78C model has PowerControl that lets you adjust which section of the tray gets more/less spraying. I used it when cleaning heavily soiled pots and pans, and seemed to work. I'm still learning the ins and outs of this beast, but overall very happy with my purchase. 5*

If you enjoy spending your time trying to figure out why some part of your dishwasher isn't working this may be right for you. It's similar to when your iPhone or computer are not working correctly. A big waste of time. Too many electronic features and not enough dish washing. I opened it after 2 1/2 hours of running and the soap didn't come out completely.

Can’t get it delivered, paid for, tomorrow will be 4 th try. 1st time, call 1 hour before assigned delivery time, inventory problem, 2 nd try, 1 hour before delivery, inventory problem, canceled, 3 rd try, installers have the flu, delivery canceled. 4 th try tomorrow. We will see, maybe grandma died, hope they deliver.

Never owned a Bosch appliance, this is top notch. The racks are very well layed out and I love the separate silver ware rack. Knives and forks fit well and aren’t touching each other, so they are much cleaner. Also very quiet, only way you know it’s on is there is a red light on if it’s running, and it blinks if you forget to restart it if you add something mid cycle.

Bosch makes the best dishwasher. It’s quiet and gets the dishes, silverware, etc clean and dry every time. Is it worth the extra $ vs others . Absolutely!

Easy installation, physically handsome, works very well so far (after about 6 weeks), extremely quiet -- in fact, at first we questioned whether it was working because we couldn't even hear that it was on! So far, so great.

This is an excellent dishwasher. Very quiet with adjustable racks.

First off, this will absolutely get the dishes clean. I’ve owned about a dozen different dishwashers and this one works very well. There are 2 problems though. First “speed 60” is a lie. It will not do a cycle in 60 minutes. The shortest cycle is 2 hours. They should have called it something else because putting “60” on there is intentionally confusing the consumer. Second, the electronics they used are incredibly slow. Touch a button, wait a second to get feedback type of slow. That is unacceptable in a $1500 device. And heaven help you if you accidentally picked the wrong mode and touched the run button. Now you need to do a full reboot which takes about 2 minutes to clear that. Overall it is a very good dishwasher. They just made a few dumb choices.

SO FAR I AM VERY HAPPY WITH THE DISHWASHER. I LIKE HOW QUIET IT IS, IF IT WASN'T FOR THE RED LIGHT AT BOTTOM OF THE DISHWASHER, IT'S HARD TO TELL IT'S WORKING.

Came from a Kenmore Elite dishwasher after recommendations from my family and friends. The extra 4db of quietness really makes a difference, I sometimes can’t tell if I forgot to start it. The Crystal Dry is also incredibly good, plastics that never were dry in my old dishwasher come out bone dry, and you can load them on any rack as there are no exposed heating elements. The upper and lower baskets are really flexible and I have been able to fit more things than ever. I’ve ran about 12 cycles and so far everything comes out spotless. The only negative I see is that since it’s wifi connected, there aren’t as many buttons on the unit itself. The only way you can access a rinse cycle is through the app or using alexa.

We had an older Bosch 800 series we were quite happy with until the drain seal started to leak. We had replaced it with a Bosch Series 500 only to find out it was not a true Bosch unit and did a poor job of cleaning the dishes. The newer Bosch 800 Series 24 does an excellent job of cleaning the dishes. The action of the new bottom spray arm unit provides better coverage and cleaning power to all of the items int he bottom shelf. The only complaints were with the newer-style shelves. The top shelf is narrower and will no longer accept a half-size sheet pan. The bottom shelf has the plate racks oriented in a different direction and does not have the spike to hold tall items such as vases, large travel mugs, and thermoses (which are too tall for the middle shelf) in place.

The dishwasther is very quiet. Never know that it was running except during draining - then you will hear it. The dishes are very clear. Dishes are spotless and come out pretty dry.

Best dishwasher!! Outperformed the old Samsung we had by far!! No dirty silverware to rewash...no sticky residue left on the dinner plates either. Super quiet!! I love it!!

I have hard well water, and my dishes come out spotless every time. It is so quiet, I can hardly hear it running. This is the best dishwasher I have ever owned.
