It’s been quiet and done a good job of cleaning dishes. Just recently it started leaking water through the crystal reservoir. Contacted Bosch and they refused to warranty it, paying to repair it will cost as much as buying a new one. I’m very unimpressed paying so much money for the dishwasher and they won’t stand behind the product. A dishwasher of this caliber should last well beyond four years. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company again.

Meh, not worth the cost premium
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.This is our third Bosch dishwasher in as many houses and the first two were stellar. The racks in this one feel cheaper (despite it being a higher series and much more expensive model) and the pressure from the jets causes our plates to rhythmically move back and forth which creates a lot of noise (much more than 42dBA!). And to add add insult to injury, BB now put it on sale for less than we paid. So annoyed. If I could return it I would. Can't recommend this model.

Dont expect 20 years even at this price. The warranty is 1 year, speaks to how much they trust their own product. It will leak underneath the tub.

Got this thing and hated it off the bat. Takes 2-1/2 hours to run a cycle. But that isnt the worst part. The silverware shelf is dumb. Takes too long to load. And the way it is set up nothing fits right. Do the designers not own a bowl? Hate hate hate it. Worst choice ever.

Detergent dispenser does not open

I had my previous dishwasher working for 18 years. I am now trying to contact Customer service but I am on hold for 40 minutes.
