My dishes and glasses sparkle when the cycle is finished. It is the quietest dishwasher I’ve ever had. I am VERY happy with this product.

It’s very quiet and cleans very well. The second machine has been nothing but a nightmare. A few days after install the door locking mechanism broke. Called Bosch and they sent a service tech. He diagnosed the issue and ordered replacement parts. An appointment was set to perform the repair, the tech showed up with no parts. Parts order escalated to Bosch management (apparently this party is not readily available). Finally after another two weeks the latch was replaced. Machine worked for 3 days and the latch broke again. The same process now repeating. In short, repairs take a long time and we have been with. Brand new, broken machine for close to two months now. Your mileage may vary, but I am not impressed with both the quality and more so, how slow it takes to get anything resolved.

My main requirement was to get a dishwasher that will perform the cleaning along with crystal dry using miinimal energy. The installation was perfectly went well and installer clearly communicated about the steps to be followed incase of any issues. I really appreciate the excellent service from greek squad and this dishwasher works perfectly fine as expected. Worth for the money
