Great Wall Oven.

Was shopping for a Thermador oven but they were backordered until December. Got lucky with Bosch and got delivered in May. Couldn't be happier. It preheats very fast. One thing I noticed with Kitchenaid convection ovens is the heat the produce in the kitchen. Also, the Bosch oven has an air fryer feature. Haven't used it yet but that reduces the amount of clutter on counters.
