Best BT hands down I have tried them all. Been the same version for sometime now Bose needs a newer version. Could make the battery life better. Only complaint is the battery needs to be upgraded.

I purchased this Bluetooth about 3 weeks ago and I must say this is by far the BEST Bluetooth I've owned thus far. I've tried many different bluetooths but this one has exceeded my expectations! The sound quality and clarity is AMAZING. Pay the extra money and buy this BLUETOOTH!!!

I have tried many different blluetooth's and this now is by far the best. Great call clarity and the music sounds great on it.

This is my first Bose product. I bought the name and reputation! Worth every penny! Had a Jawbone that stopped working after the second month. Listening to my iPhone music is great too!

Got this in a birthday gift from my sister , has a nice and loud speaker , looks nice when worn , but in my case i'm a hard worker 12 to14 hours shift daily , and the silicone of the bluetooth start hurting my ear , i tried all 3 diferent sizes of the silicone which comes with but doesnt work for me at all ... Not a confortable bluetooth ... Maybe is ok to others but for me ... My best choice is the plantronics voyager hd pro...

This is the best headset I've owned. I've owned plantronics, Motorola and Jabar and this was about $15 more but well worth it!

I bought two BOSE blue tooth headsets. So, when a headset runs low on battery then I use the other is charging. LOVE LOVE LOVE. This headset.

I have always been a Bose client. Love the sound quality but my only reason why I did not give it 5 stars is because the voice dialing never dials who I want. Not a big deal for me

I have had a lot of Bluetooth headsets and really like this Bose one. BUT, it has “NO” battery life at all!!! I am charging it over night and get about 4-5 hours of standby time, with about 1.5 hours of talk time a day. For a $150 it should last at least work for 8 hour without a charging. Not happy about this buy at all.

This is by far the most comfortable bluetooth I have use. Talk time so far is as advertised and the standby time is good too. Not one caller has asked if I was using a bluetooth device. And the caller has come in loud and clear. I have owned several other bluetooth devices, and for a variety of reasons, no longer use them. My only criticism would be voice dialing. That I have found to be inaccurate. Now the price is open to some discussion. Pricey, yes. But for the clarity of calls and ease of use, in my judgement worth the price.

Superior sound, volume and clarity appropriate for use on the highway. Easy to turn on and off. Holds charge well. Ear piece takes getting used to.

This is the best bluetooth I have ever used. I bought the Jawbone Era, too, Jawbone Era the Battery not so good . .....

I am connecting this to an iPhone 4s, when I use this people don't believe I am on a headset. I likes it so much I bought another one for my friends kid for his graduation.

I really like the Bose Bluetooth, but its ear piece needs to be improved on. It doesn't go over the ear. It fits in the ear and if it's not placed correctly it has a tendency to fall out of the ear. Mine has fallen out 4 times sinced I have had it. I have been lucky that it hasn't been raining or over a grate when it fell out. I have had this bluetooth for about 4 months.

I used this headset for 3 1/2 weeks and returned it. I really enjoyed the sound quality of this headset, but it had too many drawbacks for me. My prior headset was a Plantronics M50. My wife always complains about the sound quality of the M50, because she can hear all the road noise in my car. This heaset nearly elimated that issue. However, I returned the headset because for this much money, I wanted the whole package. This headset uses tones to tell you if it is connected or not. I always found these tones to be too quiet, and frankly, I do not want to have to remember which tone means what. I just want my headset to say "connected," or "disconnected." Second, this headset does not tell you the battery level. Instead, it uses a light on the inside of the headset, so, unless you are looking at the headset when you turn it on, you do not see the battery charge level. Moreover, the lights are simply colors, so, again, you have to remember which color means how much the unit is charged. I just want my headset to tell me the charge level and whether it is connected so that I do not have to guess. Even though the M50 costs much less, it excels at this over the Bose. Third, I experienced multiple times where this unit did not properly connect to my phone. In the end, I feel like Bose focused solely on the sound quality and failed at the useability of the headset otherwise.

I purchased this a week ago connect easily with my iphone 4s, samsung note 8, samsung mega i enjoyed listening music with you tube apps but suddenly i heard a alert noise sounds like charging issue i don't mind it but it stops working it is dead 0 charged for 4 hrs. of use its not worth for the price i don't recommend this product for 8hrs. of work shift. USELESS BOSE

I purchased this headset to use with my business phone and it got pretty heavy use. Fortunately I also have another Bluetooth headset as a backup. The Bose battery charge won't last a whole day before needing a recharge. My other headset is by Plantronics, cost only $40 (not $150 like the Bose# and has 11 hours of battery life - I can use it at least 2 days before it needs charging. Today I was unplugging the Bose from the charging cable and the earpiece which protrudes from the body of the headset broke off - there are two tiny screws which attach it and some of the plastic surrounding the screws broke. There is no way to repair it that I can see. On the other hand, my Plantronics #only $40!) has been dropped onto the floor a few times and has even gone through the washer and dryer in a pants pocket and still works. Callers with whom I speak on the phone do not hear any difference in sound quality, nor do I between the Bose and the much cheaper Plantronics. The Bose is overpriced, lacks battery life and is fragile. Don't waste your money on the Bose!

While the earpiece has exceptional sound quality, the poor fit causes the earpiece to frequently fall out of the ear, be uncomfortable when in, and you have to press it into your ear to maximize the sound quality.

I have had series 1 and 2 of the bose headsets. Both are great the beat any other ones out there including the jawbone. I have the iPhone 4S and it works GREAT with it. The headset fits perfect in your ear! I am stuck with Bose Headsets for life!!

This is the best bluetooth Headset I have used. Best thing is it is easy to grab and switch on to answer calls.
