Bose Frames Tenor - Worth It!

Our whole family has a variety of these Bose Frames.. We have the Alto, Rondo and now the Tenor and Tempo. My husband liked his Alto and wears it when playing golf but he had an issue with the glasses feeling loose and falling off his face. So we went and ordered these. These fit a little more snug but if one's head is bigger than average, he feels that these might cause some discomfort. By the way, we also added a pair of silicone rubber pads to improve the grip on the nose. Sound quality he says is slightly better than the Alto and the touch volume control is an added feature. However, the additional $50 seems much, basically making the Tenor 20% more expensive than the Alto and Rondo. Altho these come with Polarized lenses .. Battery life seems long, long enough to last a 4-5 hour golf outing with extra power to go. All in all my husband is pretty happy with his new Tenor and is looking forward to sporting them!

3 stars because the sound is actually not bad. The style is not my first choice and they remind me of that movie “baby driver”. Coincidentally That’s the only thing I remember about the movie.
I decided to keep them because in some environments people find the earbuds to be obnoxious.
Pros: good sound, good battery life after + 10 full drain uses. Relatively fast charge time
Cons: the frame is odd because of the speakers (but they’re very well balanced and light weight) other people can hear what your listening to if you crank it up. , lack of styl options,
Suggestion I have is install a microphone so you can use it for phone calls or mission impossible scenarios so you can chat some up while in your disguise.

The sound is crisp and clear dont expect any bass. I have a larger head so they fit tighter. I have not worn them for a long period of time. Connection is solid with my Fold 4 and I have experienced no issues.

the MSRP is $249. That price is not the ideal price point for any of these.
This has been frequently on sale at half the price $125. Then things change as this has good sound for what this is, little speakers attached to a lens frame. The lenses themselves are good as they are polarized, and they don't look half bad and likely won't be noticed as smart glasses.
The soundstage is great as this is like a open back headphone. I'd say best use is at the beach and just general outdoors.
Keep in mind there are add-on bluetooth speakers for generic frames that cost $20, so that's the price of the technology actually. More than $125 for glasses with built-in speakers is way too much

The sound quality is great, the battery life is around 5 hours straight.
Only issue is if you have a smaller head the glasses won’t fit snug.

I love them! Caught them on sale for half price which enticed me to buy! I bought and extra pair of lenses once I learned they can be changed. Sound quality is excellent, especially since they are not in your ears like buds. Battery life excellent as well.

My ears were surgically altered as a child. Normal headphones and AirPods do not work for me. These glasses are a God send. Comfortable, discreet, great sound quality. There are easy lens inserts for different situations available too!

Great purchase opinion from a motor cop. Not good riding but hanging around and doing stationary enforcement they’re awesome. Good battery life and sound. There’s replacement lenses on the market I bought them during a 50% off sale and feel like I came out ahead for sure!

Amazing sunglasses! Its very convenient and better than having both a head piece and sunglasses, because why carry around both when your running errands or at a park or farmers market when you can just have a two in one. It's super nice because my family can't tell I'm listening to anything and it looks like regular sunglasses, not bulky.

I love these sunglasses. At first I wasn’t sure if I’d even use them. They sound great and no one even knows I’m listening to music. I wear them when I go for walks and hiking so I can listen to music and still hold a conversation with friends. The best part is being able to hear cars on the streets and mountain bikers because my ears aren’t covered. Being able to hear things around me feels a lot safer and has saved me from being flattened by bicyclist on the trails.
