The faux leather begins to flake off leaving pieced of it stuck to your ears and head. Bose, please make a better set of these.

These are the same as direct from Bose and Best Buy even offered a warranty since these pads don’t hold up for longer than a year.

Such bad quality. My 5 year old cushions, which are starting to fade after use, are still better than the new ones I purchased. I would expect this from a third party venue. Not from Bose and Best Buy.

When I installed the new ones, I immediately noticed the difference in noise cancelling compared to the worn down cushions. Completely renewed my headphones.
