Frankly, they didn't fit my ears in any size and although Bose is the benchmark of sound quality, they surely missed the mark with these. Guess I'll just stick with my Sony earbuds which sound as good, if not better.

I found the mic may be best suited for individual conversations as it picks up a lot of background noise which can cause a distraction.

The sound has scared me, because i hear things i hadnt heard in music/podcast, and it catches me off guard. The cord though, the cord is obnoxiously short.

It's not user friendly nor is it adjustable. The Mic is under my chin so when I lay down my recipient on the other side can't hear me. Need improvement.

We'd recommend trying both the small and large tips included in the package. (Medium is installed when you first purchase the product.)

It's an ok headphones

Sound quality is mediocre at best compared to much cheaper earbuds. I use ear buds mostly for music and gaming. I don't listen to music, while exercising just so you know. Nevertheless, I returned these and went back to Sony's extra bass model for $30 on sale. I suggest doing the same. I tried Beatz ear buds as well, with the same disappointment. Just my opinion nonetheless.
