Very nice treadmill, big screen makes running fun. It's a big treadmill it Folds up but it's not that compact.

Gui is pretty awful, had the treadmill for 2 weeks and already 3 updates which brick the unit until you update so if your in a time crunch your out of luck. Unit has had to be reset as it froze at least 5 times during the two week period. Screen is okay for year 2005 an lcd with 720dpi but with todays 4k save yourself the hassle of a screen treadmill and buy a TV and treadmill. Without the monthly fee the screen is useless anyways and out of the box you can't even start using it you are locked into their programming to setup your login. 15 minute workout for the treadmill to determine your level. If it wasn't 350 pounds and in my basement it would be going back and replaced with one without the user interface that locks you out of doing an actual run or walk.

I was so excited after waiting 1 month for delivery to start working out. My sales girl Tanya was amazingly helpful. She answered all my questions and followed up with me many times to make sure my delivery was on schedule. The day my treadmill was delivered I was shocked that this pushy-rude 3rd party contractor was in my home. BEST BUY is all about how the customer feels. This guy didn't even know anything about the Bowflex 22. He thought by putting the machine together was enough and he left me the huge box and all the extra wrappings and foam. He was in such a hurry he didn't install the cables right. The treadmill won't run right. I am returning this treadmill and get my refund. My walk away is: Be careful who you allow into your home and beware of 3rd party contractor's that careless if your satisfied or not.

Solid, well built/sturdy, and very capable, yet "gentle on your joints" treadmill. The installers were VERY professional and were done in a fraction of the time that it would have taken me (not that I was about to carry that beast down my stairs to the basement...). Love the 22" screen, and although navigating the menu can be a little tricky at first, once you get used to it its second nature. It's well worth the price! VERY SOLID!

Delivered with a few dents' only 1 person showed up for delivery and installation and that was a 2 person's job and took 5 hours to finished. He didn't not know anything about basic start up. It was error message he said it will go away after updates took few pictures and left. The error never went away. Tech support couldn't figure it out after 2 days waiting I called geek squad they set up repair and sent the same guy who installed it who didn't know anything. They said if I want refund or replacement in 2 more months, I was already waited more than 2 months which that makes almost 5 months to get it. Finally scheduled for return and bought better brand elsewhere

We’d looked at one of Bowflex’s competitors, who had similar features. After making the decision to get this unit, which I may add is almost half the price of its competitor, we could not be happier. I will however recommend paying to have it put together, so save time. It’s a heavy durable unit, which my wife and I put together in a few hours.

I've had this treadmill for two weeks now and, overall, it's pretty good value for money, but I will never purchase another Nautilus product again. The unit comes with a wireless armband heart rate monitor that has to be charged, but there was no charger delivered. I tried to call several times to have it sent, but could not get through to anyone despite holding for over an hour each time. Went on to their website and left messages for it to be sent five times. I've yet to hear back. If anything ever goes wrong with this treadmill, it's clear I will never be able to contact anyone to have it repaired under warranty. The "customer service" is literally non-existent.

Great paperweight. Worked for one month and stopped 4 days after the date I could still return to best buy. ugh. Dealing with bowflex to come fix it. They sent the part, but another month before a tech can come look at it. I didn't know if the screen isn't working you can't use the tread, or I wouldn't have bought it. I now have a gym membership because I don't want to miss working out while waiting on this stupid thing to be fixed. So mad at myself for buying this.

It has some bugs that prevent from completing the longer workouts.

This treadmill is extremely strong and the features it has are incredible Set up with the breeze and to set your parameters to get started was absolutely simple the big screen helps the fans are nice the weather is great and the speed is incredible hope you enjoy
