    I never write reviews. Treadmill broke after 2 weeks. Almost 2 months and not repaired. Should have purchased a Sole Fitness or NordicTrack. Nice looking machine but seems like a lot of plastic fluff and no quality

    Glitches in the programming

    Seemed like a great machine for the first four weeks. By the fifth week the machine stops on its own and glitches out to the point where it could not be started back up without powering off. Would not recommend

    Took a while...

    I bought this about 2 years ago. Installation is recommended and I had a good installer. The treadmill functions have always been very good. The tablet in larger size is recommended. The program was buggy at first, having to log in and out sometimes to get it to work, I called an had some help finding a hidden screen (top right tap multiple times when booting up). Even so, the tablet would have trouble staying connected to wi-fi and it's not b/c I have a weak signal, this was my biggest issue and I would have given a 2 Star accept it recently and magically fixed itself and works like a charm. The touch screen is not as user friendly as your phone in regards to responsiveness. Some aspects of the program are still buggy, for example, when I select a scene to watch while running it offers to select music but when I do there's no music so I use an external device. Bottom line, it took a while over my 2 years of using this treadmill but I'm finally happy with my purchase...however $20 for the JRNY program is too much for what I use it for, too bad they don't offer a $10 option with less features...are you listening Bowflex???

    Random reboots and touch screen issue

    My only complaint is that when setting up a manual run the screen to choose where you are running (Kenya etc) stops responding to touch and I have to reboot which is annoying. I’ve also had it randomly reboot mid workouts which is also annoying. I do turn it off every night. Aside from this it’s a great tread for the price, I have used it almost daily for the past 15 months.

    Fantastic for this big guy

    I’m 6’3” 360lbs. I bought this treadmill because of the big motor to handle my size. It has performed like a dream. The absolute best treadmill for home use ever. The performance is off the charts. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for anyone, but especially for big people like me. You won’t find another that performs like this.

    What a joke!

    Bought a 3k treadmill from Bestbuy online and paid for delivery and install on 4/22. During checkout everything went smooth and i was able to pick a delivery date. Same day i get an email 2 hours later to pick a new delivery date. Online link did not work so i called. This is where the nonsense really starts and it's the same senario after i ask for help to schedule this i am put on hold only to find out when they come back on the phone they can not do nothing and i am told to wait for an email from them or a phone call. Next day recieve an email or a call so call back and same stupid response we cant do anything. I have called in 4 times already and the latest call they tell me to call my local store as they cant do anything for me. Call local store and they say sorry we cant do anything here either i will have to call the corporate office and call you back. And guess what no call backs.Big suprise.No one cares that is obvoius. So cant tell you what the treadmill is like because i may not see it until christmas!

    i thought i did my home work but i was so wrong. the Pros: very sturdy large screen the supporting apps I.E. HBOMax, Disney plus, HULU plus native JRNY Cons: if you have a issue with the screen you can not use the treadmill. Tech support .... worthless lots of finger pointing. purchased the unit in dec of 21 and it has been down for 3 months and counting. if you call in you will be on hold for 20-30 mins i really wanted to like this treadmill, it checked all the boxes for features i was looking for but in the end .... its just not ready for prime time. my recommendation is if you are looking at purchasing the T22 look at the peloton or the Norditrack treads. i know they don't have the other supporting apps and the longer term cost are more .... but their reliability is much better.

    A good choice

    This is an excellent machine, just be careful with installation. I have read other people complains and I think most of them were caused by installation issues, I did put mine together in two hours, alone, with a couple of videos on YouTube, from prior experiences I looked for a machine with the highest weight capacity, and so far I think I did a very good choice, good luck.

    11 times the delivery driver didn't show up

    I ordered this treadmill for $2799+ delivery and installation roughly $3100 dollars. I scheduled delivery and they didn't call or show up. I took off of work and lost a PTO day. This scenario played out, wait for it, 11 more times!! My favorite part is when i called 3 of the times they said the truck broke down. Their truck broke down there separate times? I think that's a lie. They then had the nerve to cancelthe item on me without so much as a phone call or any communication. This was the worst customer service experience of my entire life. I'm 45 and have dealt with tons of bad experiences but this, by far, was the worst! Shame on you best buy. Ps- not a single compensation was made. Just hours of affirmation. The treadmill could be great but I'll never know. I got a promotion instead and lived it.
