Had to get a new holder because I couldn't use the cupholder mount in my new car because it's a 6spd manual. Love the way it mounts next to the radio

I like this little guy, simple, easy to mount (suction cup) and not too expensive. It will hold from an iPhone 5 up to an iPhone 8 Plus, for sure. Down side is that it must be mounted on a smooth, flat plane surface, which means that for many vehicles it will need to be mounted somewhere on the windshield. I mounted mine on top the dash of my Chevy PU where there are no really flat plane surfaces and it popped off after about a half hour. I remounted it in a different spot but haven't given it the old road test in that position, so don't know if it will hold. If not, I'll have to mount it on the windshield, which I really don't want to do

First things first is the price. This should not cost $26 since a dock like this can be bought for 10-15 bucks. Overall it’s good. Keeps the phone stable if you want to do a quick time lapse from your car or something. However it will lose its grip if you’re driving under the sun for about an hour or so and that’s why I gave it 3 stars.

If you need a basic holder for your phone so you can use Waze or whatever GPS service you prefer, and you like a dashboard mount, this little mount is perfect. It holds the phone, lets you easily plug your phone in for charging, and doesn't provide a bunch of stuff of unnecessary stuff. Of course, like ALL dashboard mounts, it tends to unstick if left in the sun for too long, but since it's just one piece with a built in lever, it's super-easy to remount.

I got this as a replacement for a similar item that broke. This one is more secure, is easier to put the phone in yet grips it very well. My old old used to shake a lot with the movement of the rock, this one is rock steady.

I have previously purchased this Bracketron phone holder, and owned it for 3 years before I had to buy another one. I will always buy this phone holder as it’s so easy to use and is very sturdy. Love it!

This is second phone holder I buy from best after using in my car, I buy for my son car and this is best I have ever. Small and perfect move, never fall down from windshield . I love it

It would not stick to plastic on the dash. I had to find the only surface it would stick to. This was the glass on the driver's side above the dash. The grip is strong and holds the phone in multiple angles which are easy for viewing.

Ended up using this in my sons car instead of my original plan to use in mine. My son seems to be happy with it and still uses this product on his car. Only down side to it is that the suction grip has to be cleaned often otherwise it Un-Suctions from the dashboard over time. This is the only reason for giving 3 Stars on this purchase.

I was worried this wouldn’t work well—that it wouldn’t hold my iPhone 8 Plus, that it wouldn’t stick well, that it would flop over or the clamp would be difficult to adjust around my phone but...none of that. This product is perfection! I love it and wish I had bought it years ago. It suctions to the top of my dash securely and I can see my phone with ease. No more trying to balance it somewhere. It’s also easy to take in and out of the clamp. Absolutely worth your money.

Very firm and secure device. Great grip but two hands are needed in order to open the grip and insert the phone. Better if the grip can be set wider apart.

I thought it would be flimsy but the suction cup adhere to the dashboard and my phone slips in and out easily with the case on. It’s worth the money.

Easy to install and works great! Holds my phone secure and is easy to operate my phone to make and receive calls.

This would not stick to my dashboard, my first preference, but does work very well on my windshield. My phone definitely stays in place.

This might be the best phone mount for the price- at least it was when I bought it... Mounts solid to the vehicle dash, with no slippage. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 stars is how tight it grips the phone. Kind of a small hassle to mount the phone each time, because it is set up so tight. Must be done with two hands and some effort. I wonder how long it can last, as tight as it is. Other mounts like this have a short life, due to the internal springs breaking. Let's hope this stays intact for a long time!

We bought this for my wife to use in her car with an i phone 6. I have used it to hold my Samsung 8+ which is bigger and heavier. It held it just fine and I was able to adjust different angles and positions. The suction cup on the bottom holds everything rock solid. The only time it's turned loose was on a really hot day. But it went right back to work soon as I put it back on the dash board. Highly recommend this product.

It was time to finally put the phone at eye level when using GPS. Easy to attach and came off without any damage. Like the cord holder.
