Customers love the ease of use and how securely this OneClick Clamp Vent Mount holds their smartphones. Many appreciate that it fits well in their car vents and is great for GPS use. However, some customers found the mount to be unstable and too heavy for their vents, impacting its overall sturdiness and longevity. Concerns were also raised regarding the product's design and material quality.

Works good and adjusts to my iphone 14pro easily. The only downside is the weight of my phone makes it droop so I install the clamp in the lowest vent to help support it.

Even though the older version was more "one-handed" and this version needs rwo hands to remove a phone sometimes. This newer version is easier to adjust and takes up less space.

the one issue with this is that it should have a optional piece that can twist down and lean against the dash so the weight of the phone doesn't force the vents to close. you have to do a little fussing with this to prevent that result with newer, heavier phones.

The mount works great. Attached to my car's AC Vent (Honda CRV) it places my phone in a convenient location. The clamp is likely the best of its kind...many others tried out but they kept falling off the vents...but had a problem with the phone grips.
Specifically, the dial that adjusts the width of the clamps broke on the first one I purchased, about 6 mths ago. I decided to stick with this make and model because when it was working, it worked great.
I also didn't handle the dial as carefully as I should have. It is the most delicate part of the whole unit, so I am not "mistreating" it any longer. Once set, you really shouldn't need to change the adjustments...but I did and screwed around and broke it.
Would recommend, but know to pay attention to how you handle the dial.

Holds my phone great, except that with my phone on it, it is so heavy it closes the vent. It does have good adjustability that compensates for the heaviness. I can see my phone without having to strain.

We were looking for something to hold up the phone when using a navigation program. This is great in that it allows the phone (either the larger Android or iPhones) to be plugged in so I can use Car Play and still see the turn by turn directions on the phone. Easy to click the phone into the holder. In my case, I have it mounted upside down from the picture they show as I found it easy to move the adjustment lever if it is on the top side and not the bottom as shown in their pictures.
Good value for the cost of the holder.

I had to switch out my magnetic in-car phone holder. The magnet caused my phone to be incompatible with the new wireless chargers. This one is easy to position and move around and holds the phone securely.

The only solid complaint would be the sturdiness. It isn’t horrible but of course if it is clipping to the vents it is capable of plenty of movement which can sometimes be annoying.

Holds my phone well but does not stay in place. My phone is an s23 ultra with a commuter case and appears to be to heavy to get it locked in at a good angle

Well-built and sturdy. Roller feature is nice, as it allows easy phone placement and removal. Vent install can be a bit tricky, in terms of finding anchor point.

Clips into air vent easily. Holds the weight of my IPhone 12 Pro Max. Still a little bulky to use. Not ideal for quick removal or adding to the clamp.

I purchased the last two at the $.99 store and the first one worked great until it finally broke. The second one almost killed me because it flew off the vent, hit my car key and shut my car off while doing 50. I had to immediately throw on the hazards and limp over to the shoulder to restart the car. Now I have trust issues with these type of phone holders until I bought this one from Best Buy. Sure I paid a little extra, but it works great, doesn't move and hasn't tried to kill me.

This is great if you have no where to place your phone in your car. It started to fall down a lot at the end so I got rid of it.

the clip holding the holder on the vent, is great, but that's where the greatness stops. my phone falls out of this holder with almost every single bump. I needed a holder to hold my phone while i work, as i need the GPS constantly. Many, many times, i've had to pull over and retrieve my phone off of the floor, where it has fallen. The button to push to expand the arms is awkward to get to, and you have to use the same button to retract the same arms, you cant just squeeze them tighter. I wanted to return this to the store, but i was out of town on an emergency and wasnt able to return it in time

The product works great once you size it correctly for your specific phone then it just clicks into place with the tension rollers. My only complaint is it is meant to be adjusted then used for one specific size. My phone is wider then my wife's so I cannot use the holder without changing her size settings. If it's just for one person or two with the exact with phone it's pretty cool. Pricey at $25 but every retailer was asking the same price at our time of purchase.

Easy to install and fits various sizes. Great option to those who have heavy cell phone cases. I used to have a slim case which allowed for a magnetic hook up, but then hindered wireless charging. I changed to the Samsung cover case, which I absolutely love. I can fold back the cover so I can access the cell phone screen using the holder.
Easy clip on, easy adjust, no double sided tape.
Recommend.
