Looking at this product on the shelf, I couldn't see how it would mount on the vent. And I honestly didn't trust the packaging's claim that it worked in almost every vehicle (don't vehicles all have different vent styles?). I was pleasantly surprised that it was extremely easy to install and fits perfectly, at least in my Kia!

Hard to find the perfect cell phone holder, probably due to so many different auto interiors, but this one serves the purpose

Ok at best. It’s hard to attach to the vent and the release button rattled as you drive.

It makes viewing my gps easy and cleans up my dashboard. I would say it is better than good.

Works well for either my cell phone or my gps. Makes both of them easy to use.

There gears slip when putting my phone in if it ids not spread apart wide...

Good product. A little bit flimsy in terms of staying secure. But it did the job.

This is a great holder for my Note3. It keeps the phone in place and doesn't allow for it to slip out. Great for the price!

This is a solid mount but had to return it because my car vents are not stable.

Did not work like the box & ads said it would; would not hold my GPS in place; difficult to attach to vents; I know there has to be something out there for people that do no not want anything on their dash but this is not it.

I mounted this on a motorcycle....not exactly what it was designed for I would think. But it holds my iPhone no problem.

I bought this holder to support multiple road road trips from Texas to Missouri and back. It installed easily, and there were plenty of room for charging and audio cords. The product worked as designed/advertised. It is made mostly of plastic, I plan on treating it gently to extend it's useful life.

Worked great for holding my cell phone from my vents

The challenging feature is the attachment. It has two independent spring arms which attach TekGrip to the vent. It looked easy to mount, but after a minute or two of fighting with the doggone thing, I finally attached TekGrip to the vent. I've had this product for about a month and it's quality still stands. It was a good buy and TekGrip does what it is intended to do.

It was pretty cheap, so I guess I get what I paid for. It definitely gets the job done, though.

I wanted something inexpensive to hold up my phone in the car. This was easy to install and has been great so far.

Very happy with this vent mount. Extremely sturdy. Mount and phone doesn't move at all, even on very bumpy roads.

Bought for my daughter to use in her 2008 Explorer so she could use hands free. She say's she likes it a lot and uses it daily. Just slips in her phone when she gets in. It holds her phone (Samsung) really well while being attached to the A/C vent near the right side of the steering wheel. One thing I can note here though, it is currently summer and she is using the air conditioning on Hi and the airflow interrupts the conversation on the callers side. If she remembers to turn down the A/C a little the conversation is fine, but that would be expected with the phone being mounted there. All-in-all a very nice product for this purpose. I would recommend this for phones or GPS units.
