I needed a bracket which would mount on the verticle slats of my Ford Escape, 2014, and the Bracketon, Tek Grip worked exceptionally well!

Good product...it does the job...would recommend if you have your vents close enough to reach out then it's for you...otherwise go for the other one that has the arm sticking out.

install easy , works great holds phone steady, not expensive

It does the job, but the price is a bit steep for something that is made of cheap plastic. I do appreciate the flexibility of the holder and like how it can twist in any direction.

Good for holding a cell phone over an ac vent depending on how you sit in your ride it may be to low not the devices fault, but the back plate to tighten up the swivel mount is weak

We purchased this because going to our ranch we go over a rough road and other methods of holding the GPS in place were unsatisfactory. Finding the best place to attach it for good viewing but where it doesn't interfere with working knobs and levers while driving was the biggest challenge. I may have solved that with using the vent by the door on the drivers side. It isn't ideal because the passenger can't see it but places in the center interfered with levers, knobs, radio, etc. Also getting it attached is not that simple. That said, the really good thing is that it holds the GPS very securely. I found that to keep the tilt constant I need to tighten it with pliers. The best solution we have found and worth all the effort for our situation.

This was purchased as a gift for my spouse. It required more effort to use than other brackets which decreased safety of use while driving. He purchased a different bracket instead.

This is easy to connect stays where it's supposed to. It's also very easy to disconnect your phone. I use this as an Uber driver.

Attached to vent easily and mount can be adjusted to a variety of angles for good viewing angle to driver. Clamps quickly to phone and releases easily with push button.

Its difficult to get the hooks out of vents which is good for when you're driving but makes it frustrating when trying to pick a good spot to keep it. The brackets on the sides don't hold my phone anymore. The teeth on the gears must be broken from clamping down and releasing for about a month. Would recommend looking at other mounts.

Works great but be gentle. This hangs on your heater vents which are delicate already. So are the as in the clip. If you use it gently it should last. Holds phone no problem.

This is exactly what I needed for my phone. I travel a lot and needed one that would install easy and stay put.

The TekGrip was easy to install on the vent and then attach the phone. The support legs work great in holding the phone in place

I use this EVERY DAY to hold my phone. I drive a VW Jetta and a Honda CRV. it's mostly in the Jetta, but I switch it out to the CRV when I need to. I put my phone in and out of it multiple times a day. I've used it on 400 mile trips. I previously had the slightly less expensive version of the Braketron vent mount. They use exactly the same hardware to mount to the car vent. It's the part that holds the phone that is better. This one has a much more positive grip on the phone. I have an iPhone 6S (not plus) in a Mophie waterproof case with extra battery. My phone is HEAVY! This holds it fine. No flopping around. I'd give it 5 stars except the construction still feels a little "plastic-ee" to me. But better than the previous one. I expect this will last about a year and a half. Maybe a little more. So far this is the best solution I've found for mounting my phone to my cars vent.

This is used for an Apple Iphone for it's GPS while on the stand. Works great and is secure on the stand.
