I love this Expresso Machine. It does everything but tamp the coffee for you, but it does come with a tamper for you to use. This is my first Expresso machine and I like it so much I stopped going to Starbucks and Dunkin Doughnuts. I also stopped using my Keurig and regular coffee maker because this Expresso machine puts them all to shame. Breville always makes the best products and this one is no exception to that!

Love this machine! It has been used every single day since the date of purchase with rave reviews from everyone in my house. Super simple to use and to clean! The coffee is simply amazing. Sorry Starbucks! I have this dialed in to rival any coffee joint from the comfort of home on demand! This machine is worth every penny! Great job Breville!!! Don't think twice about it!

My breville has changed the way I look at coffee after dialing it in for my choice of coffee etc which was super easy, no other coffee from anywhere is good enough. I can’t recommend it enough!!

This coffee maker is beautiful! Easy to use and even without knowledge you can make a great espresso. It takes some time to understand how to grind the grain, but the machine is excellent.

I absolutely loved this machine until after only having it for a month and a half, it started shutting down out of nowhere while either brewing or frothing. I'm kicking myself for not purchasing the insurance on this $800 machine. Now I must call the company to trouble shoot this. Atleast there is a 2 year manufacturer warranty. Fingers crossed. I needed this to last a long time :)

I absolutely love this coffee machine. It is worth it. The coffee comes out tasting like a professional coffee shop. We have flavored syrups we add as well. It is very easy to use, it walks you step by step. Also very easy to clean.

Have one and bought this one for my daughter. Very easy to operate. Just touch the screen for whichever coffee you want.

I debated for months on whether or not I should spend the money this machine. Now that I have, my only regret is not doing it sooner. The Americano tastes amazing, and I love the tutorial guide it has on how to make other coffee drinks.

Does a great job in creating lattes that we were purchasing from Starbucks. Based on cost of the machine and coffe beans and milk, this machine will pay for itself in under 6 months. One of the reasons we went with this particular model is the 2 year full coverage warranty provided by Breville. So far we are impressed with this machine. The default settings were almost perfect with just the amount of grind time needed adjusted

Overall, it’s a solid machine that produce a nice espresso. It’s just not great and there are a number of little things that make that so. One of the more frustrating aspects is the grinder. I hardly use it anymore because it’s forever getting stuck and waking the entire house. I have to shake the machine or bang on the hopper repeatedly to get it unstuck. It’s been with every type of bean and our standalone grinder has never had a single issue. Again, this seems minor but the machine isn’t quiet to begin with and the binding up that occurs is ear piercing at 5am. There are a number of minor issues like this that if fixed, could really lead to a superior product.

I'm someone who enjoys coffee very much and this brings the cafe into your home! It is so simple to use. It will likely take a few attempts before you get the tamping down and get the right grind time/size, but you'll be using the machine like a pro in just a few drinks. It has the following preset drinks: - Espresso - Americano - Latte - Flat White - Cappuccino - Hot Milk It makes cafe-quality drinks and it only takes a few minutes to make any drink from start-to-finish, including cleaning the machine after each use.

Excellent quality, and works perfectly to make specialty coffee drinks. Looks very high-end on our kitchen counter. We are VERY pleased with this coffee machine, and even bought a second, matching one as a gift.
