I love coffee, but I wasn't sure if $995 (basically $1,000) was worth it.
I friend of ours have the non-touch version, and I like it, so I decide to give it a try to this one.
So far, one of the best purchase we have done.
I drink daily a barista quality coffee at home.
It took me a week to decipher the grinding setting I like, but was worth-it.

love this coffee maker very much. You can adjust grinding size and quantity on your own favorites. Automatic milk froth wand is touch free with temperature sensor. It works great now. I have a Breville made Nespresso creatista. They have the same milk frother. However the creatista’s frother has some kinds of issue after 2 years, like cannot warm the milk, or randomly ask you to tighten the tip. I hope this machine will not have this problem 2 years later.

Superb!! Once dialed in, I’ve consistently produced excellent espressos. Absolutely love this machine. Yes, it is a little pricy, but definitely worth it if you love coffee and espresso drinks like I do. Way, way better than Starbucks. Not even close.

Great coffee from this unit. Not fully automatic, but I don't mind tamping. There is a little bit of coffee grind scatter, but as long as you don't grind too much coffee for the portafilter, then it's minimal. Makes an absolutely great cappuccino, espresso, latte, Americano or whatever else with ease. Fantastic buy and can't see spending a thousand more for the fully automatic version.

I love my coffee maker. It is perfect for my needs and very sturdily built. The fact that you can customize it to make your favorite coffee the way you like it, is a plus for me.

I have been using this expresso machine for 2 weeks now and i can’t tell you how happy I am. My wife looooves it, she makes lattes, cold and hot, americanos, etc every single morning and we are just in loved. There is just one tiny cons and is the size of reservoir, but everything else besides that is just perfect.

Best coffee ever. Yes you can finally ditch the coffee shop! this thing does it all! The learning curve is small and the results are almost always perfect once you get things dialed in. Plus you'll have all your friends oooooooo'ing and ahhhhh'ing when they see it. Expensive but worth it for my family saving thousands of dollars making it ourself at home vs Starbucks. (Side note I used to work in a coffee shop so figuring this machine out was a little easier)

This Machine is awesome. You get the same if not better quality coffee that you would at a coffee shop. It does take some dialing in but once you figure out your grind and pour settings, you have a nice cup of espresso.

Great product. The only reason that I gave it a 4-star review and not 5 is because the milk frother function doesn’t work when it comes to the temperature very well. If you put it in to heat up to 170°, it’ll stop around 150°.

We love this espresso machine. Me and my wife have been using it daily since we bought it 6 months ago. It's easy to use and even though it's expensive, we have saved money by not buying coffee at coffee shops.

Not a beginner machine. Takes patience to dial in, and you will do that with every batch of beans you buy. I had to remove the filter to get enough water and get to work properly. Touch screen is easy to use.
Thank you for your review and your feedback. We do value customers' input. We'll definitely pass along your feedback to the appropriate people, as we are continuously trying to improve our customer's experience.

Got it as an anniversary gift. Used for quite a while now and noticed the pressure of the water coming out onto the grounded coffee was not as strong as before, thought it might have been dirty or clogged, but took it apart and it looked fine.
Still works and does its job, just wish the pressure would stay the same or an option to customize it.
Alot of different options to choose from. Love all the acessories it came with.
