This machine gives you acceptable coffee. Not a very special one. Definitely does not with 1100$.

Really poor coffee. Wasted a lot of coffee. My cheaper $150 espresso machine brewed better coffee on it. Their support is good but spent a lot of time on it.
I’d rather buy this through a different retailer who has 30 day return window than being stuck with a 14 day return window on BestBuy. At least I’d be able to return. Unfortunately, I missed my return window in going back and forth with Breville customer support.

So hard to get a good latte. Espresso was too watery or too dark / bitter, no matter what grind settings we tried. After wasting so much coffee beans, water and milk, we returned it for a refund. Last but not least, most of the coffee maker parts were built with cheap plastic. Not worth the $799 price tag.

For a person like myself who wants a great espresso drink with little to no knowledge of how to make them, this machine is awesome.

Six months into this purchase and the machine has no water pressure. I’m giving it 2 stars because when it was working properly, it pulled a delicious shot. Almost the best I’ve had. Will update after my experience with the warranty department

Best Buy would not honor their price match policy. Im returning this item. Dont know how this company stays in business with their poor policies. I will shop almost anywhere else in the future.

One star for working well for 3 months. One day it started to make loud noise and stopped brewing completely the next day. I have descaled twice and nothing works. Contacted Breville (wait time over one hour for every call) for an exchange of machine but was told that they are out of stock for the next 3 weeks.
Delivery was also bad as it was shipped in the original box and box was half damaged by the time it arrived. Overall, it has been a very negative experience given the price of this machine.

As thr title mentions, broke after a 1.5 years of service. The milk sensor wire snapped with replacement parts hard to come by

Love the types of coffee i can make with it and now my wife and i are saving money by not going to Starbucks. Will pay for itself in no time

When I purchased this I believed that this would last me around 7 years with maintenance. I've only owned this for a month and its really scratched up. I take good care of my stuff however the cups themselves barely fit under the handle when making coffee. The metal grate gets scratched up easily by the cups and the back panel is really thin and fragile. Wouldn't recommend

coffee was watery, selections were limited, cannot adjust much, too complicated to make a cup of desired coffee, too expensive, glad to be able to return it.

I was concerned about the pricing but it was a great investment. Very user friendly and ease to set up and use

Sadly, far too complicated to be useful, inconsistent at best. The Breville Oracle is a significant improvement though at substantial cost, but well worth it. I’d pass on this model.
