Love the barista touch! It seamlessy makes perfect frothed milk, also is very easy to make americanos!

I bought mine on jan 2020 and had to replace it twice by mar 2023. After about one year of use it gives up even with top care and maintenance and only using good quality filtered water. The first time it broke it wouldn't start anymore. the second one lost water pressure and doesn't brew, or froth. Buy it if you want to have it for a few months or a year only. It will break down when you least expect it.

Faulty Design, Poor Quality, Overpriced

Failed after two years, just a few days beyond the warranty coverage. Error code ER05, related to a faulty milk temperature sensor. With the device and ingredients, this thing costs about $6 per drink. Go to Pete's and save yourself time and money!

Bought in April 2023, now November 2023 it does not work. Ran the descale cycle and now no water moves through it. Spent a lot of money to have a reliable machine, and now I feel my money was not well spent.
