Great toaster expensive but the best toaster i had

The Breville Bit More 2-Slice Toaster has completely changed my morning routine. The extra-wide slots easily accommodate thick artisan bread, bagels, and even homemade sourdough without any squishing or jamming. The "A Bit More" button is genius, no more guessing if I need to restart the cycle when my toast comes out lighter than expected. Just press it for a little extra browning time. The brushed stainless steel looks sleek on my counter, and the LED progress indicator takes the guesswork out of toasting. The lift-and-look feature lets me check on my toast without canceling the cycle, which has saved me from many burnt breakfast disasters. It's consistent, reliable, and built with the quality I've come to expect from Breville. If you're serious about your toast (and let's be honest, who isn't?), this toaster is absolutely worth the investment. It's one of those small appliances that makes a big difference every single day.

I’m not sure a perfect toaster exists but this is the best we found. It does bagels perfectly! Toasting bread is good but you need different settings depending on the bread you are using. The “bit more” feature is helpful. It is a heavy, well built toaster.

I have never been a fan of a toaster. I can toast bread other ways and in my opinion, the other ways are better. I finally decided to break down and purchase a toaster. I did a lot of research and found this one to be a reasonal price considering its ranking among toasters. I love the bagel button, easy to operate and it looks good too.

Makes good toast and the little bit more is nice feature. The raise it up so you can see the toast without interrupting the cycle is the best feature. But - twice as much as any other toaster? Would rethink that on a re-buy.

Solid toaster. Toasts the bread well on both sides. Some reviews have said it doesn't but haven't had any issues with it. I haven't had any issues with what we've put in there size wise of the bread Texas toast, white/wheat bread - thicker (Pepperidge farms), cinnamon raisin. Haven't done any bagels yet. I like the slider for how long to toast for and found the bread I am toasting I'm using a setting of 2 - 2.5. It also counts down and beeps when finished. When done the bread does pop up alot! It's like it's jumping out of the toaster.... lol. I haven't used the a little bit more yet as it hasn't been necessary. The frozen I have used and it does it job. I do agree with other reviewers around smaller bread and having a hard time to get it out of the toaster even when lifting the handle up. Other than that very pleased with this toaster.

All I have to say is awesome! Toast perfectly and looks beautiful on the counter.

Toaster has long slots to fit long pieces of bread. Slices toast evenly. Brushed stainless steel gives a great look in the kitchen.

Works better then our last one. There is one coil that doesn't look like it gets red. Have to check on that. The feature of A little more is great.

I like the digital light progression that tells me how much time is left. Also like the bagel setting.

This is an expensive toaster, but it outlasts the cheaper ones, so it is worth it. With everyday use it seems to last about five years.

So far I'm very happy with this toaster. I've tried it on English muffins (I suggest the bagel setting), dense fruit and nut bread, and whole wheat bread. Once I figured out the appropriate setting, they all came out great. I do have two issues, though: - The racks don't rise high enough to pick up English muffins. I have to fish them out with a knife. - I'd rather have a count-up indicator than a count-down indicator. I don't know why I prefer that.

Quality appliance, good control over crispiness of bread and bagels

We have had another toaster by Breville that worked incredibly well, but after 15 years it was on its last leg. This toaster didn’t evenly toast the bread and was nothing like our previous toaster

The toast doesn't pop up above the slot so you have to give it a minute before you stick your fingers in to try to get it out.

I love all my Breville products and this toaster is no different. Fast and easy

A great toaster at the price. However I cannot recommend purchasing this product from Best Buy.
