Best toaster oven. Unfortunately, like other toaster ovens, it starts wearing down after about 2 to 3 years.

I like the simplistic design. You turn the knob to set the temperature. Small compact the perfect size for me

I rated a one star solely on the purchasing experience i had for this microwave. I ordered this on the Beat Buy app and had to have it shipped because it was not available locally. It was a new purchase, not an Open-Box purchase. When we received the microwave, it was DOA. I didn't think anything of the way it was packaged, until we plugged it in and it did not turn on. We tried several outlets in the house, but it juar wouldn't turn on. We ended up going to the local Best Buy, to return it. While returning it, we found out that indeed this was an Open-Box because the serial numbers on the microwave did not match the serial numbers on the box. After discussing with the manager on duty, the only resolution offered was my money back and the "I can try and order it again." Answer. There was no monetary compensation for having to come down to the local store or a push to have a new one ordered and rush delivered. I was told that my situation waa out of their hands and was pushed up the chain to be reviewed. They offered excuses that because they use third party shippers; UPS, Fed-Ex, USPS, etc; they have difficulty controlling what could happen in transit. I find it very difficult to envision that a Fed-Ex or UPS delivery person just so happens to have a non-functioning microwave in the same exact make and model sitting around waiting for this exact opportunity to swap it out. What I suspect overall, is someone purchased the microwave, broke it and then proceeded to purchase a brand new one. They swapped their broken one and returned it for a full refund. Best Buy failed to open the return item and verify that they were returning the exact item. It has been over two weeks, now, and Best Buy has not contacted me to discuss the issues with this order. I have talked to online customer service and they all but told me that they could do nothing except wait for them to review the documentation. The overall exoerience has been dissappointing. So far the way Best Buy has been handling this is unsatisfactory.

The best microwave out there. Solid, nice looking, efficient and much quieter than any others. This is our third and we'll purchase it again when the time comes. We use it everyday all day...my wife and I don't cook conventionally! We only "mic"!!!

Works really great and I love the quiet close feature!!! Large insides makes it easy to fit whatever you want.

I like the silent option, easy to use, could be a little better quality materials.

I purchesed this microwave for my daughter because she needed a compact one for her counter top but she was disapointed because it does not have a timer but otherwise she said it was ok.

I decided to spend the extra money for a microwave that was still fairly tactile. As a family with visually impaired members, this was the main factor I looked for. It was very helpful for that. BUT. The inside has started to chip away. Now when we try to warm things up there are sparks inside. It lasted 2 years. I expected more.

Best size for me.. I tend to like smaller microwave but big enough to heat my bean bag in to warm my back. This is a great microwave. I love everything about it including the size, the dial and the pull lever as opposed to a push button one. I am finding it harder and harder to push things in as my hands (and whole body) are aging. This fits the bill!

Great purchase ever but I do have several breville products so I just knew the quality of the product was going to be like no other, the performance , and cooking settings are great warms up food and drinks quickly and the popcorn no more burnt or under cooked kernels

We needed a compact microwave for the counter. It fits perfect and the soft close door is great!

If you are looking for a compact microwave this is the one to get. There is nothing about I don't like. Which is surprising in this day and age. Fast, quite, cooks evenly, great controls and it is easy to clean.

1. Soft close is beautiful 2. The dial is kinda cool 3. Definitely heats up food well

I've only had this oven for a few months, but so far it's done everything I've needed it to do, and is intuitive to use. One nice feature is that it can be muted so one doesn't have to listen to loud beeps when pressing buttons and such.

Honestly, I'm bonkers for my new microwave by Breville. I love the soft-close feature, appreciate the handle, and the operating buttons. I had a black microwave before, but this one has better visuals and touch operations.

I really like the way this looks and feels. The door is awesome. No alarm option is awesome. Buttons and dial feel top quality. I don't use this enough to rate this higher, but I do believe the quality of heating is better. Just seems to cook my little frozen items and my morning eggs a little better and more evenly than my old WM special.

We're loving this microwave. Was purchased to replace an ancient microwave. This is so well thought out, with very few features we won't use and a number of them I really never thought I needed/wanted in a microwave. Looks amazing, the dial is really functional and well thought out...I don't even miss a digital input keyboard. Quiet, WAY quieter than our previous microwave. So far, we love everything about it.
