One nice feature is that it can be muted so one doesn't have to listen to loud beeps when pressing buttons and such.

I tend to like smaller microwave but big enough to heat my bean bag in to warm my back. This is a great microwave. I love everything about it including the size, the dial and the pull lever as opposed to a push button one. I am finding it harder and harder to push things in as my hands (and whole body) are aging. This fits the bill!

I love the soft-close feature, appreciate the handle, and the operating buttons. I had a black microwave before, but this one has better visuals and touch operations.

There is nothing about I don't like. Which is surprising in this day and age. Fast, quite, cooks evenly, great controls and it is easy to clean.

Was purchased to replace an ancient microwave. This is so well thought out, with very few features we won't use and a number of them I really never thought I needed/wanted in a microwave. Looks amazing, the dial is really functional and well thought out...I don't even miss a digital input keyboard. Quiet, WAY quieter than our previous microwave. So far, we love everything about it.

No alarm option is awesome. Buttons and dial feel top quality. I don't use this enough to rate this higher, but I do believe the quality of heating is better. Just seems to cook my little frozen items and my morning eggs a little better and more evenly than my old WM special.
