This is so quiet, and I love the way the door closes. Would recommend to everyone.

This is a great little microwave. It is very quiet, has a small footprint though you need to provide space around it. It replaced a much larger and more powerful micro but old age has its advantages. Not cooking or reheating for a crowd! The presets seem to work well and frankly it's great for cooking up the evening veg. 5 stars!

Very easy to use. I bought it for a pantry so I wanted to make sure the buttons were easy to see if the room is dark. Works well and size is perfect.

Love this microwave.this microwave is way more than i expected. Love that you can do everything in it . I learn something new everyday the timer is very easy to use setting the time was just as easy . Never had a microwave that was so user-friendly.

looks great, and the way the door closes is pretty slick. I have never seen that before in a microwave. Only used it for popcorn so far but needed twice the time to pop than my regular microwave. It wasn't easy getting the kernels to pop without burning.

We had to buy this twice - the first one was defective and the door wouldn’t close. When we forced it closed, it overloaded our circuit breaker and the power went out in half of our kitchen and we didn’t realize it until I noticed the fridge lights were out. The 2nd one we got works great. The soft close door doesn’t always close, but it’s not a dealbreaker. This is a 900 watt microwave though, so if you’re used to a super powerful 1200watt one (like our old over-the-range one), you may need to adjust some of your heating times. It doesn’t have all the preset bells and whistles but that’s okay if you’re just looking for a basic microwave that doesn’t look like it’s from the 1980s.

Fabulous, Fabulous, Fabulous! Probably the best-ever microwave I have owned both counter and over-the-range. Quick. Soft-close is wonderful. Great menu. Easy for anyone to use; never complicated. Large buttons and simple key pad. Zero negatives.

Loved the machine while it worked. The soft close door is AWESOME!!! It started sparking and knew it had to go. Bought Aug 2020. I am so happy purchased the 4 yr protection.
