It works well and looks nice, what more could you want? You pay a little more for Breville, but anything I've ever bought from them (I own their toaster oven and indoor grille) has lasted for many years. Not cheap, but quality.

It had very light use mostly for popcorn and minimal reheating Three years after purchase (purchased 11/2022), the latch on the door broke off and it shorted. It tripped the electrical breakers. We plugged it into a different outlet and it ruined another appliance we had plugged in the same outlet and tripped the breaker again. Sad to have to replace!!

Product not work properly

Return to get same model because of size, simplicity, soft close and no beep. I add four years warranty with new purchase because untrusted product. Never buy this brand again.

This appliance, when programmed and activated is near noiseless. It has a wide menu to select from and simple to operate.

The only thing is that my old microwave would pop a complete full bag of popcorn. This microwave pops the popcorn pretty good but it doesn't fill up the bag completely, Maybe because of the fact that it is a smaller microwave., Other than that I'm very happy with my new Breville microwave.
