The last one was easier to use, with buttons for preheating various items. I’m finding myself now heating food in one minute intervals, stirring and then reheating again for another minute

How ever there is one MAJOR issue which is why I would never recommend this unit-You can not see what is going on while cooking.The interior is a dark grey color and the light is very dim.It seems that Breville never thought that there are many instances when one would want to see what is going on inside the unit.Two that come to mind are melting butter and warming upGreat but nop chocolate syrup.Unless you want to constantly stop and open the door to see the cooking status you will end up with liquids boiled all over the place. Like I say it is a really nice unit.If they made the interior white and or added a brighter light bulb then it would be a perfect item.

Read the reviews on this Breville and figured it would be a great microwave since it had good reviews and it cost so much for a small microwave, well I was shocked and disappointed that it wasn’t very good for me, I would’ve took it back but it was too late! First of all the condensation is terrible, every-time I cook something there’s a lot of water built up I have to wipe it down every-time WHAT A PAIN! The “easy close” quit working just after about two months, not happy at all with this microwave!
