We have several quality Breville products which drew us to paying more for a small microwave trusting the name. Used this appliance to warm up two items and on the third use the soft close door stopped working. Having to press the door to close the unit lost power and now does not power up after unplugging from the powers source several times. Taking this back and will continue the search for a quality small microwave.

"Soft" close door stopped working properly after a few weeks. Less than 6 months later, the microwave door would not close and started to trip my breaker. I owned this product less than 6 months and Best Buy refused to help, directing me to the manufacutre. I might as well have bought it from the manufacture instead of Best Buy. If this is BB policy, why use them for appliances?

Cashier Error

I wasn’t able to open the box to see for myself in store. It’s a coated ceramic type of finish.
