I received this printer about 3 weeks ago. I read the Best Buy description carefully before deciding to purchase it. In the description, this model HL-L8360CDW currently offered at BB, states that the laser printer comes with 2 USB ports, a USB 2.0 and a flash drive slot. The machine which I received does NOT have a USB 2.0 slot in the back of the machine only the one for a flash card. The machine is clearly marked: HL-L8360CDW. I was so frustrated and annoyed with Best Buy. I spent at least an hour chatting with customer service. They apologized and stated that the item description came directly from Brother. It could return it. If only it was not too large, bulky and heavy ( around 60lbs with box, etc.) I pretty much and forced to keep it because my only alternative is an HP machine. I have had at least 6 HPs and have sworn to myself I would never purchase one of their printers again. I have used Brother Laser printers for years; they are a work horse.
All of that being said, if you do not need a USB 2.0 connection, this is a great printer. Connection was effortless. Quality of the B/W prints are excellent. Color is as to be expected with a laser printer. Both Airprint and Brother Print & Scan work well.

Thank you for your review of the Brother HL-L8360CDW printer. We appreciate your feedback.. The product does have a USB 2.0 connection. The front of the printer has a USB “A” interface rectangular in shape used for portable USB jump drives. The back of the device has a USB “B” interface, this is the other end of a USB type A/B cable that is square in shape. The manual gives more info of this and other ports on page 9. We do apologize for any confusion on this matter. If there's anything else we can help you with, please don't hesitate to contact us for support.

VERY VERY difficult to set-up. Instructions are terrible. Constantly says wi/fi no connected. I can print to my old computer via Wi/FI.
It does not all you to place a page on the top and make a copy.
VERY SORRY I PURCHASED this model.
