C reach hub is horrible to use. The setup process is so tedious and once you get it working it gets disconnected constantly from your wifi. You'd better buy a smart plug to control your blutooth light bulbs.

ge has been a terrible process from day one, look at c by GE app. It’s a hit or miss with them. I figured it out and I think the technical writing could have made more sense. Eventually apple or Alexa will work but you will have to mess around with it.

This took me a few more minutes to set up than I would have hoped, but once I spent some time trouble shooting it was worth it. Not a product I would recommend to my parents or grandparents as it was a bit difficult to sync.

Horrible product, it works great when you first get it but after awhile you’re lights just have a random issue and you have reset your C Reach. Cool, but then you have to reset each light after which is a process I have 3 turn on for 8 seconds and of for 2 seconds 5x in a row. Then your C Reach can reset but doesn’t always want to reconnect.
Honestly don’t do what I did actually hear out these reviews of this products issues. I ignored everything talking about the products needing to be reset constantly. Save yourself the headache and find something better.

The first time the setup was difficult. The app is extremely difficult to use and understand. After several attempts finally got it to work. Setup with apple homekit. Worked for a while then started to drop off line. Had to reset the entire system. It has since dropped off line numerous times. Would not recommend this product

We purchased the google mini starter kit, then we added lights. That is when we had issues. Now our lights all sync the hub and the hub syncs with the mini. Problem solved
