The bulbs are bright and offer some customization for white color. Good natural scattering on the light, it's not as shadowy as some LED's. That's really the only positive. The system is incredibly glitchy and plagued by connectivity issues. To the point of it being unusable. They work maybe 10% of the time. The smart bridge is just as unreliable. When the connection is lost you'll have to unscrew, unplug and reset everything, forget the devices and go through the entire process again. This connectivity bug has happened daily since purchase, on 4/6 bulbs I had purchased, as well as the bridge. I will be returning everything and trying a similar set up from another manufacturer.

Anything involving the Reach is a disaster

I futzed around with this thing for hours trying to get the GE app, the Reach bridge/hub and the C-Sleep bulbs working. Finally gave up and bought a Google Mini even though I have an Alexa household. Works like a dream in that environment. I like the C by GE bulbs. Don't buy or waste your time attempting to use the Reach.
