The first time that I plugged it in, it sparked, and didn't work at all. I called GE, and had the repairman came a few days later. It started smoking when he tried to fix it! He ordered some new parts, and came back 3 weeks later. The microwave still doesn't work. He now has to order more parts. I wish that I could return it, and get another brand!
