We updated all the kitchen appliances and were looking for a microwave with a drop-down door. This oven is quiet, easy to operate and looks great in the kitchen.

OMG! It's a microwave, a convection oven, its wonderful. Cooks great, easy to understand and set, and cleans up easily.

Doesn't Work

I bought this, because it had great reviews. The first time that I plugged it in, it sparked, and didn't work at all. I called GE, and had the repairman came a few days later. It started smoking when he tried to fix it! He ordered some new parts, and came back 3 weeks later. The microwave still doesn't work. He now has to order more parts. I wish that I could return it, and get another brand!
