The refrigerator purchased from Best Buy was dropped when it was delivered breaking a wheel. Upon exchange the second refrigerator had a botched paint job on one door and slightly on the other. A third one was delivered with same issue. I have been unsuccessful in getting ahold of a manager or anyone with authority to fix the problem and it’s been close to two months since I originally ordered.

Bought this fridge along with the other matching appliances as part of our kitchen remodel project. I absolutely hate stainless steel appliances, so the black slate gave me a sophisticated finish that I love. The fridge is much roomier than our last one and well lit. Freezer has plenty of space too and I appreciate the upper drawer. I don't agree with previous reviewer complaints about the instability of the freezer door/drawer construction. You can hear the motor when it kicks on, but it's not disruptive or overly loud and I don't have to turn up the TV because of it (Our last fridge sounded like a jet engine warming up...). We don't have the water line hooked up yet since we're not done with cabinets so can't speak to that as of yet. Overall a great purchase (outside of the price).

The first GE Cafe refrigerator was delivered about 2 weeks earlier but the ice maker did not work. So I received a replacement refrigerator. It is working well so far.

Nice fridge overall. You have to open both main doors to access the bottom pull out drawer which can be a pain. Wish they still had the Keurig Version we originally ordered. Was discontinued without warning after ordering

Fridge looks wise 10. Reliability and functionality wise 0. It been only 6 months since we bought this appliance and there are problems with the ice maker, water dispenser is losing its cooling, and freezer sucks. Bad decision!
