Whoever designed the upper racks of this oven? They are cumbersome and actually dangerous to use and can't be replaced with regular racks like the ones in the lower oven. The supposed convection feature in the upper oven is a joke - no different than regular cooking. Preheat? Better have lots of time to spend waiting.

The oven controls went black in mid February. Used about six times. Can't seem to get Total Tech or GE to respond for a repair. Its an expensive piece of metal in our kitchen. Can't get it replaced or fixed in a timely manor

Multiple Control Panel failures - design flaw?

The first one died after 24 hours - control screen went dead. The second one never booted up completely - just a rotating circle. The reviews all over are great for this unit, and Best Buy is trying to get us a new one. Is there something wrong with the design of Cafe control panels

No French doors?
