    The installers did a good job. They had to make the opening a little wider for the new wall oven, but it worked out and looks good.

    This being the 3rd oven installed I am well pleased. I have already used the oven numerous times and like it.

    Do not buy these ovens. Whoever designed the upper racks of this oven? They are cumbersome and actually dangerous to use and can't be replaced with regular racks like the ones in the lower oven. The supposed convection feature in the upper oven is a joke - no different than regular cooking. Preheat? Better have lots of time to spend waiting.

    Total and GE do not follow through

    Waited 3 months for installation end of December. The oven controls went black in mid February. Used about six times. Can't seem to get Total Tech or GE to respond for a repair. Its an expensive piece of metal in our kitchen. Can't get it replaced or fixed in a timely manor

    Multiple Control Panel failures - design flaw?

    I am now waiting for my 3rd Cafe oven. The first one died after 24 hours - control screen went dead. The second one never booted up completely - just a rotating circle. The reviews all over are great for this unit, and Best Buy is trying to get us a new one. Is there something wrong with the design of Cafe control panels

    No French doors?

    I’m so disappointed that the 27” Cafe double oven does not come with French door option! I do not have the space for a 30” and I am short. Having the French doors would make my life so much easier!
