Excellent range - Great having six burners. The large one is big enough for our biggest pans and the small one is great for simmering. Have had if for a year now with no problems. Pretty easy to clean. Nice having the gridle insert.

My wife is very comfortable cooking with her new stove, lots of quality.

Beautiful range with a sleek finish and an easy-to-use digital interface. The roast setting gets veggies perfectly crisp on the edges without having to toss half way through cooking. The storage drawer at the bottom of the appliance is convenient, especially to store the griddle addition it came with. Highly recommend!

I did a lot of research prior to buying an oven/range. The customer service team did well with recommendations when it came down to my final decision. I’ve installed the oven and am very happy with it. Oven heats up quickly and bakes evenly. Stove top is excellent and all the parts feel high quality.

I purchased this without ever seeing it in a showroom since no one had it however I saw the stainless version. I’m thrilled with the matte black. It is not a dead matte black but a slightly off black with a semi satin sheen. It blends beautifully with my stainless appliances since it has substantial stainless trim which makes it relate to the other appliances. I think it looks more like a professional range than a mid range product which I think it is categorized as. The grates are heavy and look professional as do the large knobs. The burners fire up immediately and are very powerful. I have never used one on the highest setting. There is a nice variety of burner sizes so no matter what size pan or pot I am using there is a perfectly sized burner. The oven heats very quickly but I’ve only baked a couple of simple dishes so far. I have not done any baked goods such as cakes or cookies so cannot attest to performance with fussier dishes. So far I’m more than happy with this purchase.

Excellent range. Great baking and great roasting. We've cooked multiple briskets on this and each one comes out perfect. We've also used the Turkey mode and it does do in fact what it says, but we feel the Turkey should be taken out a bit earlier and then air fried a bit to make the skin crispy but the turkey mode does a great job. This range cooks very hot and very fast so keep that in mind. It's also beautiful and easy to clean so long as you keep up with it. Cakes always come out tender and moist. Very happy.

This is a beautiful range. It cooks faster than my old one. The controls are so helpful in regulating the temperature for cooking. It is easy to keep clean with just a wipe up after cooking. I'm very happy with this appliance.

Replaced existing gas oven. Easy to diy install, love the six burners. Very nice looking. Used the app for remote oven start. Worked great.

Great gas range and convection oven. It allows me to cook with great precision. It is also very beautiful, especially with the brushed copper handles and knobs. I am just disappointed that the oven racks are a little sticky and hard to pull out. It's too bad they are not on a rollers, because it would be easier to take things out of the oven.

Works as advertised. 2 minor issues: We've used the range for over a month, and we still get a "burning-in smell" when using the oven. The smell is quite acrid and I have to open the window as well as run the vent above it. The second issue is really minor--it doesn't have a kickplate that reaches the floor. Don't drop anything that could go under the range, as the gap is so small that you can't stick your hand there to retrieve it, but large enough for items to slide in.

Delivery was on time and excellent. The range is well designed and intuitive. Had it 10 days now and Love it. Overall a great design!

Meaningless apologies and the wasted HOURS on the phone across so many support reps with STILL no actual resolution? The installers left a gas leak from their shoddy installation telling us the smell was just the normal new appliance smell and we should just burn off the oven for an hour. I fear what actually would have happened had I not opened the window and ran our fans all night. Our local gas company confirmed things could have been fatal when they came the next morning for an emergency call due to the overwhelming odor the next day. On top of this, and in my opinion, a little too coincidentally, my credit card was compromised (and used to make purchases at Best Buy I did not make) shortly after I provided it over the phone for the conversion of natural gas to liquid propane for the appliance as the installers stood outside my office while I paid. If you value you life or that of others in your home in any way, I strongly encourage you to shop elsewhere for your appliance needs

Absolutely gorgeous. Breathtaking brightens up my kitchen. I now have the micro refrigerator and range. Couldn’t be happier. Very easy to operate. The installer was incredible

I love the look of the stainless steel. The burners work great. I wanted a professional range this one is very close and I saved some money.
