The refrigerator purchased from Best Buy was dropped when it was delivered breaking a wheel. Upon exchange the second refrigerator had a botched paint job on one door and slightly on the other. A third one was delivered with same issue. I have been unsuccessful in getting ahold of a manager or anyone with authority to fix the problem and it’s been close to two months since I originally ordered.

Nice looking Fridge. The cavity is very spacious even with the ice and water maker. Ample room for all your goods for the chiller and the freezer.

This is the best refrigerator I have ever bought love it

Purchased this fridge for my new home. It's a pretty big fridge, and the notch on the water dispenser prevented it from going through the front door. Finally figured out the back door was wide enough, so delivery guys had to carry it through the backyard. Set it up was nice and fast. Plug didn't match, so had to run to the home improvement store to pick up a matching adapter. Finally got it all hooked up, and has been running better than expected. Only tiny con I have is that I can't dispense ice or water with the other door open. Otherwise, it's a really good fridge.

The GE premium brand Cafe line continues with this excellent entry. The fridge itself is very roomy, the lighting tasteful, with the WiFi features and small LCD providing an excellent balance of future smart-home functionality and elegant design piece. The only downside is it’s a door ice maker which are prone to failure. Aside from this, just bear in mind you are paying a premium for the aesthetic.

Bought this fridge along with the other matching appliances as part of our kitchen remodel project. I absolutely hate stainless steel appliances, so the black slate gave me a sophisticated finish that I love. The fridge is much roomier than our last one and well lit. Freezer has plenty of space too and I appreciate the upper drawer. I don't agree with previous reviewer complaints about the instability of the freezer door/drawer construction. You can hear the motor when it kicks on, but it's not disruptive or overly loud and I don't have to turn up the TV because of it (Our last fridge sounded like a jet engine warming up...). We don't have the water line hooked up yet since we're not done with cabinets so can't speak to that as of yet. Overall a great purchase (outside of the price).

This is a huge interior capacity refrigerator with many unique features like hot water for coffee, tea, soup... on demand from the door. The lighting is excellent and all available space is utilized inside the refrigerator. It also connects to WiFi and has its own app that can control features from your phone.

This is a great fridge that can make hot water! There have been a few glitches that were repaired by GE under warranty. New out of the box, apparently the hot water dispenser had a bad temperature sensor. That part was replaced. Later the display malfunctioned. That was replaced. Both repairs were over 6 months ago and (fingers crossed), no issues since.

So far it’s being a really good fridge it’s fancy and looks clean as also big for storage food and vegetables

So far, so good. This wasn't my first choice but it was the only one available quickly. This is a large fridge so if you have the space go for it. Stainless finish has been easy to keep clean so far. Would have been great if i could have put my magnet collection on it.

Nice fridge overall. You have to open both main doors to access the bottom pull out drawer which can be a pain. Wish they still had the Keurig Version we originally ordered. Was discontinued without warning after ordering

The fridge looks nice, and usually seems to run well. However, lately the Sabbath mode seems to be causing leaks, and stopping the freezer from keeping food frozen.

We are very pleased with this GE Cafe French door refrigerator model. Lots of space and happy with the perfect fit since we had to utilize the existing cabinet opening allowance. Sending a big thank you for the great service offered by Leslie at Pacific Sales. Also, we are very thankful for Best Buy's service as well (delivery and follow-up). We had a small issue re: the delivery of the unit, which was resolved immediately.

Don’t buy Café appliances. We spent almost 10k on all kitchen appliances for our renovation and they have been nothing but problems. First the dishwasher started leaking water all over my brand new cabinets and we had to have Best Buy swap it for another unit after like two months of waiting. Then, after only two moths, the fridge stop working and GE sent a tech to fix it only to tell us that we left the doors open too long. What a bunch of bologna. Needless to say he didn’t fix the problem and left us again with a non working fridge ably yo wait for another week for someone to come and look at it again. I don’t understand how a company like GE can sell such unreliable products. We spent a lot of money on this brand because we thought it was the best for the price point but we have learned that they are a bunch of garbage. I’m very upset and disappointed about the whole experience with the Café brand. Please don’t waste your money and save yourself a lot of headaches. Don’t buy Café appliances they are not with it.

Love so far, only concern is that the water isn't always "cold" as it comes out. I will call and let them know in case it needs attention.

Just replaced my refrigerator that I had for 13 years. This thing is huge. Very nice looking finish inside and out. Only complaints so far are the fingerprints on the doors.

So far so good! We've had three other refrigerators from Kitchenaid all faulty... Only complaint on this unit is when they delivered it the movers scratched up a knob on the water unit trying to squeeze it thru the door. They eventually took the door off in order to fit it in.

The service is poor. You need to have more respectful people, and your call center ought to be in the United States of America. only in the united states of America The Store in Lafayette, LA 70508 is prejudice-free, as it does not discriminate based on skin color or language. Still store has it bad very disrespectful, Prejudice,

Love my new Cafe fridge. Veggies and fruit stays fresh for several days, plus ir looks great.

So far so good. Only minor complaint is wish hot water dispensed more than 7 ounces at a time. Didn't think i would even use but its a surprisingly handy feature.
