Owned for more than 2 years when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have a love / hate relationship with my “magic oven.” I HATED getting it, it took FOUR months to be delivered (not a Best Buy issue, GE issue). I LOVED it when it got it. Magical. However…I’ve had it for just over 2 years and it doesn’t work properly anymore. started getting an error F315 - which doesn’t exist in any online forum, owners manual, etc. In addition to this error the oven does not work. It does not heat up to temperature, or if it does, it doesn't hold temperature and turns itself off. I, as other reviewers have mentioned, flipped the breaker to try and get everything to reset and it did not resolve the issue. My next issue is with GE Service. I called for an appointment on 5/22. They came on 5/28. The tech stated we needed to order parts. There is one part is on back order and is anticipated the END OF AUGUST. (Currently July). I’m not happy with this oven or GE or GE Service. I look forward to loving my “magic” oven again. Maybe sometime in 2025???

After 1 month of use the door has developed dents/wavy pattern.. Cafe/GE refuse to repair as it's a "cosmetic" issue. $3k and they wont stand behind their product. Save your money and buy something else.

We’ve had it for a couple weeks and currently don’t have a full size oven due to back ordered products and shipping delays and I have baked and cooked full meals in this thing. It’s amazing. Heats up quick. The wifi option is cool and so are all the settings it offers. Also comes with different accessories for different cooking needs. No complaints.

Got the ugly air fryer and microwave off our counter tops. Cooked rock solid frozen chicken in less than 15 minutes. Once I learn the tricks, I think it will be great

Great product - very convenient

We wanted to have double ovens, but also wanted to keep our wall microwave. This allowed us to achieve both. The precision cooking is a real bonus and lets you cook meals quickly without making them like rubber.
