This is an excellent Kitchen Knife, One of the best blades I have purchased considering other brands such as Chicago Cutlery, Cuisanart or other brands. Good ladies absolutely sharp out of the box none to mention the box it came in is incredibly nice and padded for the blade. It came with a set of instructions to care for the blade and despite it being machine dishwasher safe I recommend hand washing the blade to prevent unnecessary rust and dulling of the blade. I was lucky enough to purchase this knife on sale and bought two of them. I highly recommend this played if others like to spend time in the kitchen cooking as I do. If you are not comfortable with your level of skill using kitchen knife such as this I would recommend practicing before switching to this knife as it is very sharp. Another option could be to purchase cutting gloves to help perfect your skill

I'm rating this 5 stars because it was on sale for $25. The sharpness of the nice is great. The packaging is better than the $150+ knives I've bought. The only downside is the ergonomics of the handle. The square handle is cool looking but not cool feeling. Still, if you get it on sale this thing works and works well.

Exceptional quality, smart design, elegant package. For the price I paid on the deal of the day this is an absolute STEAL. honestly, I wouldn’t have been disappointed if I had paid the retail price for it. If this ever pops up on the DOTD again, I will be buying four more.

This knife is very sharp. It is new so it should be sharp. I hope it stay sharp for a while. I have gotten others and the don’t stay sharp long.

I am a big fan of the Best Buy Deal of the Day. And to be honest-- we have a large number of quality knives and I never heard of this brand-- but I pulled the trigger anyway. My wife was skeptical when it arrived-- I immediately liked the weight and balance. And, it is sharp. Funny thing is that whenever I see my wife choppin' up things-- it seems that this knife is the one in her hand.

Love this knife, It's incredibly!. I was mincing onions and garlic like a professional chef. I have been so accustomed to using less than ideal knives, so switching to this incredible knife was a life saver. The grip is perfect and I wish I had more items that were made of this material. The knife felt very secure in my hand, and the curved edge about the handle allowed me to cut with precision and speed without any pain to my index fingers. I have found that slicing bagels in half with any knife that is not serrated can be difficult, but not with this knife! Highly recommend to both novice and professional cooks.

Very nice and sharp, and we’ll balanced. Only con is the knife will stain if used in dishwasher or if it is not dried immediately after washing. Not a deal breaker by any means. I would buy it again.

When you first pick up knife, you can easily tell the quality compared to average knives. It has perfect weight and handle makes for ideal grip. Blade is super sharp and cuts/chops a breeze. I recommend buying a separate sleeve to protect blade.

Amazing knife at a great price (deal of the day). It is sharp and effortless to the point of being dangerous if you are not used to sharp knives. I suggest a pair of cut resistant gloves to wear when using it and be careful taking it out of the dishwasher. Very useful for many things in the kitchen and speeds things up greatly.
