Though ink cartridges can be somewhat expensive, this one had a 20% discount which made the purchase more attractive. I have tried off-brand ink cartridges, but haven't had overwhelming success in choosing the right one. Thus, I have chosen to stick with Canon products and try to buy them when they are on sale.

Lasts longer than generic
