My last cartridge ran out. This one filled in and works fine. It is black.

I only buy genuine Canon ink for my Canon printer. It is the best, but it is also very expensive. I used non-Canon ink in my old Canon printer, but the print quality degrades over time, and I decided to only use genuine Canon ink.

Exactly what the printer needed but why do these things cost so much ?

I'm happy with the quality of the ink because I'm happy with the output from my printer, a Canon Pixma 8120B. Sure wish the ink were more affordable. The cost of ink makes it cheaper for me to get photos from Costco than to print photos at home.

My printer has multiple ink cartridges and they are very expensive. The printer has two black ink wells, one large and one small. It seems as if the smaller runs out a lot faster than the larger one. It maybe a setting problem with my printer but all of these ink wells seem to run out quick.

The canon black ink color shows up on copies, with a bold black color.

Good product. Doesn't quite last long enough to be fully satisfied.

I enjoy using this ink cartridge system because it is straightforward and simple in its construction. It is so fast to change a cartridge that even a child can do it without much trouble.

Compatible inks come at a much lower cost, but the quality difference between the lower-priced compatibles and the Canon OEM ink is easily seen in photographic printing.

This ink works great with my Canon printer. The color is pure black, and the ink is good quality. I use a lot of black ink, so I definitely go through these cartridges.

Need to have a full set of all 225/226 ink cartridges. it is crazy that you have to buy the grey one separate. Other wise this is a great product and the print quality is awesome!!

Ink is never cheap but if you stay with the manufacturers ink you will have way less problems with your printer. Cartridge snaps right in and your good to go.

This is a good canon ink that is reasonably priced at Best Buy.
