    If I had known what this printer was like, I wouldn’t have paid even a dollar for it. The display is impossible to see in normal room lighting without a flashlight, printing from MacBook or Windows doesn’t work, and I have to waste about 30 minutes reconnecting it each time. The print quality is good, but it’s not worth it — waiting an hour to set up this piece of junk every time is just ridiculous.

    Not great. It's cheap. Hard to read the screen without a flashlight. I could deal with all that, but the worst thing is the product failed 4 days after the return window closed. Last Best Buy purchase I'll ever make.

    Bought this a year ago. For a couple of months now it has been stuck in an error mode. Saya “download mode, press ok to cancel” Tried reinstalling the firmware, restating it, nothing works.

    The screen is so small you need a magnifying glass to see it. It's selling at a low price because it's low quality. The set up directions are difficult at best.
