Its notnso great with videos, but its an amazing photo camera! Ghoose this one over a fujufilm x100

Great camera quality but can’t run 4K video for very long you get about 3 minutes of run time before a 15 minute cool down to shoot again.

Has all the features I was looking for. Easier to carry around than my big DSLR was.

This camera would be the perfect vlogging camera, but it has a severely crippling flaw with the autofocus. Even with new firmware (v1.2.0) autofocus is still terrible! It checked all boxes for my uses, but the autofocus has completely ruined it. I will be returning it and going with either the G7 X Mark II or EOS M50. I would suggest you look at either of those instead of this one, depending on your needs. If this camera had DPAF it would be the perfect camera. With the autofocus on this camera is useless for video.

Best camera I’ve owned. Good for beginner or intermediate. Lots of shooting options and easy settings. My family looks great.

Missing an important element for any camera to have - the flash.

- The shutter release is too sensetive & I get far too many mis-fires that require deletion later on. - The location of the release for the flash on the left side requires the use of both hands to make one hand operation possible. - I much prefer my Nixon Cool Pix 900 & 1000 cameras. - I would return this if it was not past the 15 days retention period. If the machine worked, I could recommend it to you. .... When I bought the camera, I couldn't control it because I was out of the country. Anyway, they checked the camera and couldn't help even though it seemed like a simple problem. It gives a simple error ''card write protect switch is set the lock'' They inserted a new card and tried it, but it still gives the same error. Why should I send a newly purchased product for repair? Moreover, I paid full price for broke machine :)If you want to experience the same, buy this product as a Greek member. :)

I got it because I really like the mark 2, however the auto focus on this was not great. I returned it and got the mark 2 instead.

This camera is great for taking pics and vlogging. Highly recommended

This was a dream camera based on its specs but the autofocus is worse than the Mark 2. I’m bummed I can’t return it now so selling it on Craigslist and buying the Sony Rx100 VII. UNLESS Canon release a firmware update that fixes it. So frustrating that canon didn’t test this more before launch. How do they make a newer camera with worse autofocus than the last version? Seems strange.

This is just an okay and mediocre camera. It isn't useful for much honestly and you're better off going with the Mark II. Lots of youtube videos covering the issues so make sure to do your research before buying. The Canon M50 is even a better bet than this camera...

Camera was greast but all of as sudden the lense don't close and best buy is not helping. No support. It's brand new bought in June but not gifted until October birthday. Just think it could have been better it is not as 100.00 camera. Disappointed.

The Canon G7X Mark III is hands down the best camera I’ve ever used! The image quality is insanely crisp, even in low lighting, and the colors are so vibrant straight out of the camera. It’s compact and lightweight, which makes it perfect for vlogging or travel, but it still packs a powerful punch when it comes to performance. One of my favorite features is the flip-up screen—super helpful for selfies or recording content. The autofocus is fast and reliable, and the built-in mic is surprisingly good (plus it has a mic input if you want to level up your audio). The 4K video quality is beautiful, and the ability to live stream directly is a huge bonus. Whether you’re a beginner or a pro, this camera is a total game changer. Canon really nailed it with this one!

Got stollen before receiving it after months of trying to get it Very disappointed.

IT DOES NOT FOCUS FOR LONG. It is so frustrating, and Best Buy charges a restocking fee so be careful buying this.

Terrible customer service. Could not get product ship, could not get refund, store personnel were incompetent, this took one month with ultimate requirement for a Visa dispute. Best buy failed me.

Not a fan of this camera. I only wish I would've returned it before the return policy was up.
