It suppose to be the brand new camera. The color does look cold, not as warm as my old broken Nikon camera There is a black spot on the picture can only be seen when I took pictures of the clear sky (won't show on the regular scene). So if you receive a brand new camera, take pictures of the clear sky with different zoom to make sure your camera does not show the black spot. Se attached picture, notice the spot on the up left corner.

Good camera for the price. Pictures aren't as good as my Google Pixle phone, and I was hoping quality and clarity would be better or at least the same.

Ok for just day to day use but not great for zooming or close ups. If need for projects and or plain point and shoot its ok

Confusing camera to operate. Very hard to transfer pictures

I wish there was a usb cable to connect to my computer as I can't get it hooked up thru wifi. these cameras should come with a usb also

We had a Nikon before and used it all the time. We decided to try this out. It's pretty good for a point and shoot camera..

The camera was fine until the shutter would not close or open all the way. Took it back to have them replace it or give me one of equal value just like the salesman told me they would. Of course they want to send it out for repair that will take 4 weeks. I explained to them what I was told when I bought it and he said the sales person should not of said that so he wasn't trained or lied to get the sale. this is total BS. That's why I bought it from them. Now I'm stuck without a camera for my job. They totally lied to me!

Instruction booklet was poorly written. Stabilization could be better. Photo quality is only fair.

It’s a ‘nice little’ pocket camera. Close ups look great but anything further and you put caution to the wind. I expected better quality from a Canon! Woulda brought it back but I put it up and forgot about it, 3 weeks later the refund window had lapsed... If you buy this thing,,, Good luck !!

Average picture quality. Better off buying a phone with good camera.

It's a nice little camera. Just not my style since I'm shakey so I prefer the bulky ones

most retailers who sell "as is "or used items will let the buyer know up front what is missing or wrong with the item. Not Best Buy, they seem to have a different business model of frustrating you into keeping the item with missing items. Didnt work on me though, im sure youll find someone to buy that used camera with NO battery and NO charger and NO manual

Photo quality is good. Video quality is not as good as iPhone.

I purchased this camera for a special Washington DC trip. Unfortunately could be user error but point and click should be easy. I thought it would be better at ghis price point and that could be the mistake I made.

Camera is ok quality. Prefer my Nikon camera better.

We purchased this camera to make sure we got really good pictures of our trip to Alaska. Problem is, the battery life was no longer than maybe an hour. I know that they people at best buy will tell you the battery life is longer and this is a great camera for Dummy people who really do not know how to take great pictures. That is what we ask the sales person at BB to sell us and this was the camera they suggested. We ended up not getting any pictures off this camera. We TRASHED IT as soon as we got home! It Is TRASH!

Not a great camera, you need to have a very stable hand to shot a perfect picture. This has an excellent zoom but 200+$ and not even a basic builtin stabilizer.

image quality is not good. doesn't works well in dark mode.

I had problems with it. the first day I used it seemed fine but at night on a week long educational trip the battery still showed 3 bars charged. the next day of this history trip the camera battery died. I had to use my phone for pictures until I could find someplace to charge the battery. did not realize til after I bought it and was on trip that you couldn't charge it thru a car charger. I had to find an actual wall plug. taking pictures was not good. sometimes the viewfinder showed the picture as very grainy. would not recommend
