Poor Customer Service

I needed this item asap as my normal suppler was closed for a holiday so I tried Best Buy as they had it in stock. I was happy to just exchange for a new item, within their 14 day period, but they made it so difficult with multiple phone calls and transfers so I requested a refund. The on/off switch arrived broken.

Not as good as the 600EX MK 1 in my view

New, but this one is made in China.

Im not sure why Canon will do any of its products in China? This is one reason I'm a Canon guy because their product is made in Japan.

Durable

I’m a professional photograpger and used my first light (560 version) every day for 5 yrs. Had I not droped it (along with lens and camera) it would have probably lasted many more years. It is also much brighter than the 560 version.
