    Used the video camera twice already and not sure if there is an issue with the one that I got however when zooming in, it just did not want to focus on what I was focusing in on. I will be taking it back to have it looked at.

    This information below is incorrect on BestBuy.com. According to Canon support, this camcorder does not work as a webcam. "For high-speed video transfer. USB streaming capability allows the camcorder to function as a webcam." Overall, great camcorder with easy setup. Video are great for the price.

    Dishwasher did not work. Second dishwasher was damaged. Third dishwasher was not available until 2 months from my original purchase date. Asked the store manager if I could be made a priority for delivery and of course the answer is no. Stick to selling items you can keep in the back
