The tea it makes is great. The only problem is the size of the carafe.

I have a happy husband. He loves iced tea and this is easy to use. He would like a second carafe so he’s fully stocked at all times

We’ve been using and enjoying the aroma of fresh and teabags; lemongrass, citrus, chamomile peach etc.

The first tea maker did not work after my third use and Best Buy replaced the tea maker. I have used the new tea maker for three weeks. I purchased this tea maker because the carafe or pitcher was glass. The last two tea makers had plastic pitchers which cracked with usage.

I received this item as a gift, big tea drinker and the taste and end results are very good, still using to this day without any issues

This machine looks very nice and does fine at making iced tea. However, the glass pitcher is far too fragile. I was very careful with it, but it broke when I put a sponge inside to wipe it out. The company does not warrant the pitcher so I had to pay for a new one. I only had it for a few weeks. They let me buy it for $20 instead of $25, but I feel like it's intentional on their part to make such a flimsy pitcher so that you will have to buy a new one. At $60 this is not a cheap ice tea maker.

I thought this was a nice tea make as it made great tea and looked much nicer than most iced tea makers. But they make the pitcher out of very thin glass and it eventually broke with a minor tap on the sink. Too bad, I really liked it.

This brews nicely, especially since you can adjust the strength, but the carafe is fragile. The brewing, where you place the tea bags, does occasionally dribble water over the edge, so you should place this on something other than your countertops.

This iced tea maker works fairly well like most in it's class. The carafe however is way too fragile. I broke mine stirring the tea very lightly and carefully. I've since learned to pour the contents into a more robust container before sweetening.

It brews tea easily but leaks water at the bottom of unit.

Great alternative for fresh brewed tea than buying at restaurant. Brews tea in only few minutes.

It was easy to fill the back with water easy to use to turn on and very easy to clean

This is a great iced tea maker. Every bit as good as making sun tea but in a fraction of the time. The best results are with tea leaves. I have been using black tea leaves from my latest trip to China and its fantastic.

I really like this ice tea maker. The glass pitcher sold me vs. plastic pitchers. But the options to adjust the strength of the brew, use tea bags or loose leaf tea, ease of cleaning, etc. make this an awesome tea maker.

This produce is easy to use. The way you put the pitcher in assures that it won’t leak. It also has a filter so you can use loose tea. Also love the glass pitcher. Great ice tea maker.

Excellent Iced Tea Brewer. My only concern is the very thin glass of the pitcher that needs extra care when using. If it breaks, where can I get another?

Love the container/pitcher-not cheap plastic. Very easy to use. It's difficult to find good iced tea makers for us tea drinkers!

The second timeI added ice to the pitcher it cracked and broke on the bottom. I had to buy another pitcher for $25 which did not make me happy. Now I brew the tea and add to a plastic pitcher that has the ice.

Takes any fuss or muss out of making tea. I like being able to adjust the strength of tea on the tea maker.
