This product is awesome. It provides great connection to my phone and enables phone calls to be made hands free. Its easy to hear the other person on the phone.

We purchased this Bluetooth kit for our daughter's CRV. The techs at Park Meadows bent over backwards to help us purchase and have the device installed quickly. They finished it in half the time they promised and it works perfectly for her needs.

I am so happy to have bought the Bluetooth car connect. Even though I have a car speaker for my cell phone and navigation. It works well together.

My mom absolutely loves the back up camera and the phone connection that is in place in her car now, plus, it makes her drive safer!!!

While customer service at my local store was awful, the Mt. Vernon store installation was quick and friendly

I purchased this for my wife for the Bluetooth capabilities and since installation she has had nothing but problems. Just for the record it was installed by the Best Buy installation crew and they have had to make adjustments three times since the installation and it still does not work properly. On last visit, the tech support from Isimple said that they have had problems with her type of car but, made no real suggestions to fix the problem. Currently, the Bluetooth music capabilities function thru the CD and not thru the Sat button as it is designed to work. I would not recommend buying this item as it does not function properly in the lexus RX350. Also, Best Buy's customer service has been really poor. The last time that I called in to schedule an appointment to diagnose the problem, I spent 45 minutes on hold and spoke with several different people including being transferred to a corporate number before hanging up frustrated. Also, everyone seems uneducated in the products they sell. I have been a long time customer but may reconsider my loyalty.

Since installation of the ISimple device, it has not functioned properly. We have had to take the car back on three separate occasions for them to fix it only to have it to stop functioning within a couple of days. When speaking to the ISimple tech support, they said they have been having this problem in Lexus vehicles but, did not offer any real solution. It is intended to function through the sat button on the radio and display the name of the song but, currently in running through the CD button and does not show any of the song information. As of today, it has stopped functioning again. Great idea, bad product, and poor customer service. Purchase at your own risk.

Had it repaired 3 times. Finally decide to get a Bluetooth radio.

Product works well, including the Bluetooth. I recommend this product.
