It's a bulkier than ti looks in the pictures, but it really is a great all purpose purpose phone. It would be better if the disco lights worked with the FM radio because I use that more than mp3 or mp4, or just when you turn it on, or off. The battery capacity is great, just for the phone, itself, and have used it, to help others recharge their phones, on the fly, and the flashlight has come in very useful (much brighter, and more focuses more than the average cell phone). The camera isn't the highest quality, but since I am not a professional photographer, that isn't' a major thing to me. I cool thing about the am radio, that I rally like: You don't nee to have earplugs in, for it to work. You do need to do a "flashback" to get back used to "old school" phones" a bit, but., once done it' a keeper. It's also durable (dropped it twics, with no damage. Personally, since I ride Amtrak cross country, in snow (they sometimes break down, and people get bored, and restless, and stressed, because phones can't charge). Even if it is just a backup phone.. WELL WORTH THE COST. It would be nicea, if it had more memory, and wi-fi, but.. I actually almost like better than my smart phone.

So the phone only works with 2 g towers, in my case it only works when I am in the middle of the city, and even then it's sporadic. It has some cool features such as a radio, a powerful light, but none that are cell phone related. It has a space for 3 sim cards. Plus a 45 dollars restocking fee. It is the size of a brick. Really read the specs before buying it.

The distributor is a piercing jewelry store and a cell phone distributor. Somehow I thought Best Buy only sold quality merchandise. I called the supplier when my new phone lit up in Spanish to get instructions to help me, and I only would get a recorded message that responds with sorry message machine is full (you cannot leave a message) NOTE be aware and read your receipt Carefully from Best Buy Before you Sigh it. NOTE!! There’s a restocking fee that could be more than what you paid for your item you are trying to return. According to the geek squad guy I spoke with I was stuck with it I took the battery out I told him keep it. And walk away. I went back to purchase another phone and stood around waiting For a few minutes then Realized I needed to check in again in order to get help I was a bit twisted at this point knowing I was going to pay double for whatever else I wanted. I don’t know Who I’ll be reading this or if I should be elaborate What then took place I will say it work out ok

The phone is durable and has 3 SIM slots which I like very much. The only downside is it doesn't connect to the internet, but for the price it is a great phone.

phone was bigger than expected, and very heavy. Screen and light would glitch and phone would not stay on unless plugged into the power cord even for being charged for 2hours straight. Would not recommend to anyone. I would give this review zero stars if that were an option.

Manual was a joke. No idea how to put in battery (it had clear tape on the contacts). No idea how to start. Date function can not tell if it's Monday or Tuesday. Heavier by far than 90% of the phones you can find anywhere. Stupid light on the side does nothing in particular.

I regret, very bad purchase and stuck with the not functioning phone. I have tried two different sim, but says no signal. looks like the frequency is changed here in USA. so, we can not use this phone regardless what sim you use. Tried to return it however Best Buy has 15 day return policy, I too it to the store, they said if you would have bring it three days ago, we would have accepted it.

We were looking for a rugged inexpensive phone. When I received it and opened the box I had to laugh. This is where all the cable remotes from the 80's went to. It is super big and bulky. It is made of cheap plastic that may break if touched to hard. But besides the look of this phone it didn't work. The SIM slot was bent, it wouldn't stay on without using the charger and the screen would flicker. Not user friendly at all. It would make a good gag gift.

Battery will not charge. Menu comes out of the box in Spanish. Best Buy chat was useless. When it is plugged in: anything you want to do caused it to restart, play FM, make a 911 call. Screen keeps shimmering like it does not have power - but it is plugged in. DO NOT GET THIS PHONE!
