Loved the iPad, affordable because I purchased for my daughter for her 5th birthday in October but I must say it developed this long blue line on her screen. No drops or cracks but this is an internal issue

I don’t dislike anything yet been good for my 4 year old so far he loves it.

Very nice. Love it. Perfect for drawing and reading.

Always I buy these iPads for my great grand kids and they love them. I also buy for me. If you’re unable to pay a lot this is the way to go. I’ve purchased many.

I bought for Christmas present and it works great ..

This was a replacement for my wife's old iPad that was losing battery life. 128GB is the perfect memory amount and is harder to find in a new model. Anyway, it exceeded our expectations; it looked brand new and worked perfectly, she very happy and we saved a few shekels not having to buy the new 256GB model.

Overall, it’s not bad and gets the job done. However, one thing that trips me out is the battery—it’ll randomly go from dead to 100%, which is clearly incorrect. It also does some glitchy stuff occasionally before going back to normal. I didn’t expect perfection from a refurbished iPad, especially since it’s an older generation, but it works well enough for my needs.

Minor scratches. Still good screen and quality picture.

Bought this for my daughter. It works perfectly fine, only problem is the battery life is BAD, runs out within 30 min of having 100% battery life. Don't recommend refurbished products.

Not sure how anyone was able to use this iPad at all. The iPad I received kept telling me to update it & it wouldn’t go past that screen. Went to Best Buy twice & they got past it the first time but it wouldn’t sync with the cloud. Then the second time I went in the lady just said it’s best to take it to Apple. Finally at Apple I was told that they could only update it to a certain point. If it began to work on that update it would eventually ask for the newest update whenever getting new apps that need to run on newer software. This was a gift for my son & had no choice but to return it. Usually Best Buy is good to me… not this time. I do NOT recommend this old refurbished iPad. Bought the newest iPad at Apple instead. (Wish I had taken pics of the screen for yall to see)

Wish I had been told of charge to change info from one IPad to the new one so it could have been done all at the same time. Also did not have screen saver in stock.

Bought refurbished for my daughter’s 10th birthday. She love’s it. The price was reasonable and quality of the product is excellent. I’m definitely impressed.

When I purchased this iPad, I was skeptical that it would be a used device that did not have the juice I needed. Amazingly, I couldn't be more pleased with it. The battery stays charged for several days of usage; it functions like a desktop computer and provides me the portability that my laptop does not provide. I wholeheartedly recommend this Best Buy refurbished product.

We bought a used iPad and were surprised because it appeared to be new, with no scratches on the screen or sides. We were very happy and so was our son, who loved the gift.

Bought this as a birthday gift for my son using the money I had left over from a damaged laptop I had to trade in. After that experience, Best Buy is the only place I’ll shop for my electronics both new and refurbished! this tablet is still working great & getting so much use out of it!
