As other reviewers noted on BestBuy and other resellers sites, "Some Assembly Required" is indeed an understatement concerning this item. The instructions and illustrations were very clear, and the clever packaging of the nuts and bolts with clearly numbered compartments for each step of the process did indeed make the 2-hour task manageable. My understanding is that Grills generally are beasts to assemble, but with the clear instructions and clever packaging of parts, anyone with basic tools and a modicum of mechanical ability should have no trouble at all with this unit. The good news is once assembled, the grill lights quickly, uses far less propane fuel than larger 3 and 4 burner grills, and it's porcelain coated grill removes for easy cleaning. So far I've found the grill just right for my smallish individual needs, but believe that it would likely serve a family of three or so well provided you're not trying to cook too many different types of items simultaneously due to the smaller grilling area. The advantage of this smaller grill is that it really doesn't take up much space on my tiny porch, it heats up very quickly, cools off quickly after use, which allows for grill removal and cleaning shortly after use. The porcelain coated grill was a bit of a concern as I was used to cleaning bare metal grills with a wire BBQ brush which would likely damage the porcelain. I found that if you remove the grill, place it in your kitchen sink, cover it with paper towels soaked in soapy water, let it soak for 30-minutes or so, the grill wipes clean with little effort. This is a trick I used as recommended for cleaning an indoor JenAir grill I used for many years and find that the grill is returned to like new condition after each use. Keep in mind that you will need to purchase a 20-lb propane tank if you don't already have one, as like with most grills, that is not included.

Great grill for the price. I just wish it had a temperature gauge. Other than that I have been using it like crazy and it works great.

Very lightweight. Made up of very thin sheets and I think it may not survive heavy winds :D Will take more than an hour to assemble. So many small parts and the diagram in the manual is not straight forward.

It took sometime to Assemble but after a while it was easy to put together and it works fantastic after year of buying it
