Upgraded from a small charcoal smoker to this model. Several pieces of the main box were dented upon receipt (material is pretty thin), but was able to bang it back into shape with a rubber mallet. The smoker holds a pretty consistent temperature as long as you keep checking and adding water when necessary. Water seems to run out after about an hour of smoking.

It's ok for the price just wish it was sealed better a lot of smoke escape from the door

Smoker doesn't hold heat well, but overall its good

Purchased for my son-in-law and although he needed some help to assemble, cooking food is not difficult. So far, he made wings and a turkey in the smoker which turned out great! Looking forward to trying many more recipes!

This is a great bottom-of-the-line smoker for you beginner smokers. However, it arrived dented in a few spots. It was not a big deal, and after knocking a few dents out, I was able to assemble and it works just fine.

Works good would of loved a little more space in it but it’s a good deal !!!

I gave this to my husband fro his birthday - it was super easy to use and he's made some awesome ribs and smoked a turkey! Love it!

Everything has worked out good so far. Double door is a must. I think it's probably a little hotter inside than the built-in gauge states but easy enough to compensate. The bad design choice is the wood chip bowl that's built in as part of the bottom tray. The chips burn up too quickly so a separate smoker cast-iron smoker box would help but can't use because of the built-in bowl won't allow the option of replacing it. As for set-up, the first few steps call for 12 of type X screws but only 9 were included and according to packing list, only 9 should be included. Had to go to hardware store to pick up more screws so definitely an inconvenience and made me a little concerned over the quality of the smoker. Other than that, the smoker still did its job and had some great meals.

Legs are hard to put on and they put a big sticked on front door for store to advertise but other then that it looks to be a good smoker I have had 2 electric ones and they were great for the first 1 year then they blow the fuse in them and no way to change them without having to buy a new display conrol panel Next week will smoke in it and see how it works They really need to work on how they package this and make the legs already put on and stop putting the big sticker on the front door of smoker
