Works ok but low quality

Many other brands have a deeper basket but the wider one allows food to spread out more for better cooking. The learning curve for using the device is minimal and the controls are pretty straight forward. Overall build quality is just ok, it just feels cheap. The nonstick coating isn't great either. I find that a quick wipe with oil before cooking and soaking after helps. In all I would say that it may be ok for a starter unit or someone on a tight budget but I wouldn't expect to get more than a few months out of it.
