    The device looks well enough, BUT after unpacking and connecting the electrical cord I assumed that the operation was straight forward. It was anything but.... The Manual contradicts itself, by FIRST telling you to push the power button to turn off the unit( DON’T DO THIS ) Later in the manual it simply says to pull the power cord from the outlet.( DO THAT ) Because if you do PUSH THE POWER BUTTON, then you might get what I did , a broken machine. The button/ power on indicator is cheaply made and WILL BREAK .

    We bought it for chicken wings, Crispy chicken wings, Although the wings were good, the D.A. Fryer took twice as long as in the cook book provided and they were not crisp.
